Skills & Success !

Due to layoffs, many companies are removing their employees and due to that it is really hard to get a job for new employees. This is not like what is getting jobs yes many are still getting jobs but if you are not skilled enough to fulfill the requirements of the job at your office or if you are not credible enough to fulfill your duties then might have to lose your job. Besides if you are scared and you are good at your work then the chances of losing your job or low and if you lose your job then you can use your excuse to get another job or you can start your own things with your skills. These days skills do matter a lot in the past people used to collect degrees and waste a lot of money on their education still many are doing but if you are skilled enough then you don't need any degree this is my personal you are you can say but I have seen around myself.

If you are good at anything you can get a job as per your skills and based on your experience you can get a good amount of money in terms of your salary person then you can ask for this salary raise. But if you don't have any skills you might feel a bit of a world for a cell race but if you are skilled enough then you can ask it with confidence and that is obvious. I am a web developer my profession and this field is never-ending you have to learn something new because something you always have to be up to date if you are not then it might be trust you for your career.

I do try to update myself on the ongoing technology and on the weekend I do try to update myself with that if you IC anything new then I do try my best to learn the things in the 2 days and that helps me a lot in my job also and good at my work but still we all to have a room for improvement and we also try to our skills as much as we can because knowledge is the only thing that can't be stolen from you. If you are collecting wealth maybe it can be lost one day but if you have knowledge then you can build 1000 houses like this again but if you don't have age then it can be hard for you and that is obvious. These days it is very easy to skill yourself everything is online and if you have money then you can buy any courses and give chemistry yourself just by sitting in front of your laptop. I think we also use this opportunity to try to skill ourselves and open better opportunities for us.

Tthis is my third day of regular posting even though. I am not getting good support which I was expecting still I will try my best to be regular let's see will happens to see you tomorrow till then take care.
