I don't understand the part of three token holders. I am only vast with the LBI token. Can I still nominate myself?

There will be three selected, and those have to be LBI token holders.
You can obviously nominate yourself if you're a token holder.

Please note, I'm not a member of LBI team, this is just my opinion.
