LBI earnings and holding REPORT - #1

Hello LBIer's and those interested, today we have a look into LBI 1st first weeks earnings and holding report.

Weekly Reports

This is our first week of reporting so everything is effortless and easy to understand, our earnings are coming from only from 3 places and our holding consist of 2 assets. As time goes by and we add more sources of income and our holdings increase into other assets you will see the reports and charting evolve.

Week 1

The earning we have made over the past 7 days are actually 8 days worth of payments because we got 2 payments from contract_tokens last Saturday. This happens every 23 days because contract_tokens pays out every 23 hours. Let's have a good at the numbers we have done.

Not bad for our first week considering we had set a target of 100 LEO per day. If we remove the double payment from last Saturday, we still earned more than 100 LEO per day on average. I think we can do an average of 125 LEO per day as we are still increasing LEO POWER every day from issuing fresh tokens. Here is a breakdown of where our earnings came from for our this week.

If we were paying out dividends, this weeks pool would be 461 LEO which works out to roughly 0.25 LEO per 100 tokens held. It's not a large dividend but as each new LBI token is issued, the earning power of each other token already in circulation decreases and we are issuing a lot of tokens as it is a fresh project. We that said, 0.25(dividend)/100(investment)*52.18(weeks per year) = 13% dividend yield per year.

There is a lot of growth potential for earnings, we are only producing content and curating at the minute, the bare minimum. We have to explore, wLEO LP, gaming, leasing, subsidiary projects and much more. I dont see any reason why we can not be earning 2000 LEO per week with the next year. If the LEO price increases to $1+, my prediction would change, haha. We could put it another way and say, LBI could be earning almost $1000 per week within a year if everything falls into place.

HOLDINGS
There's even less to report for holdings with LBI only holding LEO and HIVE POWER. This is the plan and we are powering every single LEO and HIVE we are earning to help build a stronger foundation for earnings. We will continue to power up 100% of all earnings until dividend payments begin.

We have earned a few CTP, Neoxian and Palnet tokens from post payouts and converted them into HIVEp. This is will be transferred to the HIVE wallet and powered up to be delegated over to leo.voter.

As over 99% of our holdings are in the form of powered up LEO, the chart below is not that interesting to look but at the same time, you might never see it like this again as holding in other things increase.

Here is a 1st week of the weekly LEO growth chart. A new bar will added every week to mark to the total value of all of LBI's assets combined. We hope that the total value of our holdings will only increase over time as everything is valued in LEO. Today total holdings are valued at just under 184k LEO.

WRAP-UP

We did 920 LEO in our 1st proper week and we have just started out. Targeting 1000 LEO for next week and then we'll take it from there. Increasing our powered up LEO is number 1 priority for these next few weeks, remember all LEO powered up can be considered as good as out of circulation.

We are still issuing a decent amount of tokens every day so next weeks total holdings value is likely to be over 200k. The LBI wallet currently holds 3.11% of LEO in circulation are 4.11% of staked LEO. Whatever ever we view it, it's a butt-ton of LEO

I am personally pleased with the results. The content rewards are growing and manual curation is working out perfectly with our voting power never going over 95% and never under 80% meaning no voting power wastage. I look forward to next week and what we will earn.

Looking good so far. I'm visualizing those bars would be a staircase just as the SPI weekly reports. I'm excited to see how LBI would perform over the weeks next year :D

Yep, the plan will be to have another staircase. I'll remember to word it like that from now on as thats a good why to explain it.

That is the goal. The process is already in place, we have a model to follow.

Nice, it looks like a promising growth while using everything from posts and curating content into LEO (including tribe tokens).

I have one question: What is your ideal amount of staked LEO you wish to have invested in the project?

Doesn't matter, there is no target but the more the better. 20k LEO and 500k LEO is the same thing to me. The percentage we earn from it from curation is the same.

Im hoping we can push to over 1000 LEO in earnings next week.

What is your ideal amount of staked LEO you wish to have invested in the project?

More is better.

The goal is to put all the LEO that is staked to work. Thus, we are able to have a greater impact with larger amounts of LEO.

As long as people are still open to buying the LBI token, it will continue to be doled out.

So far so good. I see you did better than expected. I like how things are going and also appreciate doing everything to increase your stake (converting tokens to HP).

Taskmaster4450 is doing all the curating and we now he gets around so it's all going to the good places. I cant wait to see what this project will be doing in 6 months, we have alot of potential and we've not tapped everything other than posting and curating so far. 2021 is going to be fantastic for us.

That is some really awesome news! I am happy to hear that the project is already doing so well. It seems that you have a really good plan for the future of the project. I like that you are starting to earn some of the other tokens that are out there. They might not be as big as LEO right now, but they could be one day.

Im converting all the tribes tokens we're earning into HIVE to power up but 2-3 months, we could start holding some of these tokens as im sure they will be part of the bull run.

Love it! Can never have too many sats, spreadsheets and pie charts in my book! You just need a line graph to add to it and the data sharing will be complete :P

How long are you going to keep LBI tokens available for on the 1-1 with LEO? I have been sending a few more LEO over to convert to LBI-tokens and will continue to do so until the initial window disappears, then I'll just start powering up LEO myself!

Looking forward to seeing how this all pans out in 2021!

Plan is to keep the LBI price locked at 1-1 for Jan 2021 and then look into upping it in Feb. When it goes up, it'll be in increments of 0.05 LEO

Yes although it is not distributed at this point. We are going to have to put together a vote for the community to decide if it wants dividends distributed or have them retained to grow the asset base.

Many have opined in the comment section a couple times so it is best to put it to official vote.

How long did it take for SPI to reach over $40,000 value? LBI is there in just a couple weeks.

I do not think anyone in the hodlers expect to be rich in a month by hodling LBI. The steady growth is essential for the future of the token and all we need to do is to find better ways (like LBI project) to add value to Hive & LeoFinance. The rest is not a big deal.

We are growing in a healthy way. I wish even better days for all ^^

I learned by being in crypto that it reawakens that wish.

In the present system, most of us are cooked. However, I learned over the last couple years how this situation offers enormous potential.

10X gains are very common; 100x happen frequently.

It is just a matter of being in position to take advantage of those runs. Personally, I am trying to make sure I have enough in my bags so that when the runs hit in the cryptos I am holding (my BTC and LTC are doing pretty good right now), I will really benefit.

These are some nice gains for a one week and we need to grow organically and easy in order to ensure a stronger foundation for it. But the fund should support a lot of investment as we gain more and more from author and curation which is significantly considering the LEO price. Great to be part of this investment fund, the right instrument at the right place considering the Leo Finance roadmap.

So basically we hit .9%in the first two weeks of payouts. This means we are hitting a 23.4% annual return based upon the results so far. Not a bad start to say the least.

We are going to keep growing it. I will be announcing something new in my LBI post on Wed for everyone to get involved with. It is a way that we can grow our HP, which could end up really increasing the value of the holdings in 2021 if HIVE does find a bull run (think of what 3Speak is creating).

It is going to be fun.

Just think of it this way:

If we hit the 20% APY, then each LBI will be worth 1.2 LEO by the end of a year.

That is the minimum baseline for the project.

That is actually a good return already and if you keep the earnings and power them up for the first 3 months that should speed things up even more. This is one project that will do extremely well and believe you cannot compare to spinvest as this is going to do way better.

If it duplicated what @spinvest did over the first two years, then it will be a major boom for all involved.

Imagine each LBI worth 5 LEO two years from now.

That would not make anyone unhappy especially if the price of LEO, in fiat terms, explodes.

I have already thought of this scenario and honestly think it is a reality and will play out. Leo is offering so much and is only going to offer more and more and will explode at some point. Just enjoy the ride as this is going to be good fun.

I know that rising Leo holdings is a priority number one, but is this really necessary to unstake PAL?
It's a good standing community and I'm just afraid if we will dump big loads of PAL into the market they might not like it.
I guess this happened in bilpcoin which decided to downvote accounts they don't liked (if I'm wrong about the said community, sorry).
I guess it can be good for us and for these communities to leave staked PAL in our holdings, up to some level of course. This also creates some investment opportunities for selling if the price goes up.

And where are they now.

If communities do not like their tokens sold and retaliate each time someone sells, then they are going to have a problem.

PAL has not performed well at all, which is in line with most of the tribes. We are focused upon increasing the value of LBI. Tokens that do nothing and have offered no plan for the future do not provide much reason to believe anything will change in the future.

Honestly, if the people at PAL are concerned, instead of getting upset if someone sells their token, perhaps they ought to start working on reasons to give people to hold it.

This sounds exciting, serious growth and a clear update. Having taskmaster behind this too gives me even more faith in this being a decent investment.

I recently stopped my leo.voter delegation, as it didn't really feel worth it. Over 2000 Hive delegated ( from my side ) and less than half a LEO per day but now I wonder if undelegating was a mistake.
