RABONA - My Aim to league of Champions

It's been a while I posted about @rabona. Silently, I have been improving my team and strategy continuously to perform better. These efforts have been proving it's worth and I'm in league 1. Still a long way to LOC - League of Champions because I haven't been able to assemble a killing team nor I'm spending much on them than my time.
Slow & Steady improvement is always better & prove it's worth over time.

What I have learned is each stat is important at each level. Some matter more than others, but even the lowest contributing stat can drastically improve the team. I started from improving DEF & Pass to choosing players with better TP to training formation and learning about its key benefits and loop holes. Then trying best players to fit for each situation, to getting players with better speed & endurance. And now having a better pass ratio. This all comes from discussions with good performers, seeing my match results to improving players individually. Here is my current team:

I'm consistently finishing in top 12 to avoid relegation. In 2nd last season I was also able to secure 1st position for a while but last 4 matches were tough and I knew I won't make it then. But that helped a lot in boosting my confidence. I made a lot of changes in team this season. Many of players are getting old and I may need to look for their replacements or injuries/blocks can be fatal. But so far it's going good.

I plan to put more efforts in closely monitoring my team & getting my way to LOC sooner. It may take a few more seasons. May be 3-5 seasons at least but I'm hopeful. Till hen we will do our best. Let me know your journey in comments.

Good luck on your way to the champions league! I am currently in my second season in league 3 (Storm Peak FC). It is still a really young squad, but I hope that over the next couple of seasons they can get promoted.
