User's experience, a healthy working environment and great service rendered for money paid is something you wouldn't really see in most private and public businesses in Nigeria. The country in itself seem to negate change that will uproot the former working system to instill a new system

A whole lot of things prevents a private business from even providing a healthy user's experience and some of these things are electrically, accessibilty by road and of course excessive taxation. When it comes to the public sector most of the reasons why public sectors provide terrible servicing and poor user's experience is wrong attitude to work, lack of accountability and check and of course corruption.

The system generally makes a new business starting out to be sucked into all the things happening, the inflation, the government policies and the poor conditions necessary for production. Eletricity is the most epileptic sector and this is mostly what is necessary for production, most businesses uses high end production equipments to power up their production activities and electricity is unstable.

This make them reach an agreement with the power supply sector and of course they will divert power to them for some huge fees and starve the retail consumer who has also paid a lot of money to be serviced. In a bid to make more money Nigeria supplies some African countries with electricity while starving her citizens of supplies of which they have paid for.

Money is everything, the system in place doesn't care about progress or change, things like a healthy working environment for private sectors isn't their concern they forget that a favourable working condition will generally reduce the cost of production of which the physical produce will then be cheaper for the end consumer.

They're ill-informed, economically inept and runs the government without checks whatsoever. Their actions encourages price push inflation, good road and accessibility is another thing and here's how it hinders circulation of goods and services all over the country.

We have small scale commercial farmers in the typical rural areas of Nigeria, farmlands that are rich for farming are in places that aren't motorable and this is why many urban places in Nigeria like Lagos most eat processed food more than the natural one. For example natural tomatoes can be very expensive because it takes a lot to keep it fresh and keep it stable till it gets to the end consumer.

This makes it more of a commodity, it's scarcity in the market generally increases the demand and let's not forget that the demand can be also pushed by consumer's willingness to have fresh produce for consumption. Most of this incessant increase in prices are traced back to government's actions or inactions. These devalues the currency but of course the senate will blame bitcoin for the valuelessness of the Nigerian Naira.

This is typical why there's nothing like a fantastic user's experience in the country unless in a few occasions. Delivery services are always halted by road accessibility, production is never seamless due to the means. The servicing in the public sector is more worse. The average Nigerian always expects to be poorly served even when he's paid a lot to be serviced.

Take a look at the positive user's experience of people who have traded in cryptocurrency and compare it to those have played online betting, the result will shock you; most people have lost their properties playing online betting while crypto on the other hand had done differently but crypto is the one getting the ban. It's the more reason why online betting is advertised on TV while crypto isn't.

The lesson is, people have understood that the system has failed and expects nothing more, it'll get to a time where no one will ever buy what is advertised on TV. It is simple; the right user's experience sells a concept or business even more. It's the right user's experience that makes people make personal endorsement of a venture a produce or service that gave them maximum satisfaction
