So what's the solution for this problem? Are we going to have decentralized internet services anytime soon?

I really liked this post, because it raises latent problems and threats to freedoms in many areas of life that transcend freedom of expression. As you say, in Venezuela, my country, as in Nigeria and others, these problems are very real and affect the livelihood of many, myself included. However, I think that soon this situation will escalate to many other areas for the reason that you explain very well.

All this freedom that the blockchain offers is supported in a totally centralized infrastructure. Where few decide how far you can go in the exercise of your freedom. The Trump case is quite illuminating.

I hope there are people with the technical and material capacity to eliminate this vulnerability. An internet free from system manipulators.

The problem is, licenses are in the hand of the government and there are a lot of requirements to obtain it. However, that needs to change as it's not healthy.

The more people are pushed into poverty, the more they need internet to survive.
