Sponsorships have been noted, thanks. The max 2 limit count individully so it doesn't matter if some of them already got sponsorships from someone else. The way they work is that free shares from the @upvoteshares account are given to those that get 9 sponsorships over time. Without an individual limit they would be too easy to exploit. Getting in gradually as the levels progress sponsoring the same friends each time is supposed to be most optimal, that way they stay on the upvote list from the @minnowshares account for a while and get a free share from the @upvoteshares account for permanent upvotes in the end.
