Back from the Army

Hello Everyone! it's so awesome that i am back with you all! It's been around a month since i have been active here and i see there are some changes. For example, the crypto market dumped and i haven't yet managed to do my research as to why.

Now as you already know around a month ago i joined the mandatory army in Greece or to be more precise the Navy. I have talked with a lot of people that have already completed that mandatory crap and asked for tips and info.

One of the things i asked is what's the case with the phone and everyone told me that nowadays they don't care about having a smartphone so i felt quite relieved, to be honest. Note that according to what they say you are supposed to carry a cell phone without a camera (in 2021 :P).

Anyway, to my surprise during the first day i got there they searched us and our bags and took away our phones. Imagine our surprise given what info we had prior to that. Later on, we find out that this happened because last year a dumbass posted a story on Instagram, with weed inside the camp and tagged the camp...

Long story short i had no phone for almost a month and it was so sad for me not only because i couldn't talk with my family and friends but also because i couldn't post here and make some money along the way but given the fact that i wasn't addicted to my phone i easily survived.

A few things about the Navy or once again to be more precise, about the "training" before we gain the military ID. There was no actual training so we learned close to nothing. There were chores like cleaning and stuff and it was okish. The food was average to good and note that according to all my friends it was bad in their camps.

As far as it concerns the officers there, the vast majority were cool people and not the type of officers that bust your nerves for no reason at all. The only negative i have to say is the lack of organization meaning that we were standing in the sun for 3-5 hours for no reason.

For example, we had to take our new clothes/uniforms. The process was quite fast if we were 10-20-30 people but we were close to 350. The logic says that we could go as groups (we were already groups of 30) and all the others could stay under a tree or in their rooms.

but no...

We simply moved 350 people from one area to the other and we all waited in the sun and before someone says that is part of the training or something, it wasn't. All the officers that were next to us, they keep on swearing about the lack of organization as well :P

That part of the training is finished now and i am back home until Monday. From what i heard now everything will be smoother and i can also have my phone on me so that means that i will be active again on posting or at least that's what i hope so!

Finally, i saw that due to the autovoting services and delegations i used i managed to earn some leo while i was away which is quite cool given the fact that i couldn't even be active for a minute!

By the way what big news did i miss around Hive/Leo and crypto in general?
