I know what you're thinking.........another Mexican coin.........but not so! Remember, I like unstackable stackables!

Check out this lovely Mexican Sterling Silver Salt and Pepper shakers with tray!

The design on the salt and pepper shakers is called Cactus Blossom.....

.....and the bottom is stamped with MC45, which to the best of my knowledge means mid century (1945??) and it is clearly marked sterling indicating it's .925 purity.

The tray is beautiful and has fluted edges and a flower stamped on every other one of the fluting.

It has the same markings as the salt and pepper shakers do. I seem to recall that they weren't really a matched set, but he hallmarks are identical.

In searching around on eBay, I found just the salt and pepper shakers going for $49.95 with no tray.

Those are very lovely pieces and an awesome find! It is so Mexican with the cactus and all. A great find to have all pieces intact. Where do you find them? I still have to show you my unstackable stackables!

I found them a few years ago on eBay. I don't remember how much I paid for them, but it was reasonable as I always hunt for a bargain. There currently are 2 listings on eBay for just the salt and pepper shakers with no tray, but they are not in the best of shape. Thanks sweet sis for stopping by!🤗💕
