Hive Starting To Be More Resilient?

Pretty impressive at how stable Hive has been considering what the market has been through over the last few weeks and even with a "fake" shakeout today.

Over the last few weeks I have had my one eye on Bitcoin and the other eye on the alts. The last dump was so brutal it created a panic in many of the alts yet Hive has done remarkably well when compared to the majority of the market.

This afternoon with Bitcoin having a mini dump of around 12% I was expecting the worst yet not only Hive but most of the market hasn't followed suit like before. This is all manipulation which hasn't crashed the market this time and believe it is investors hedging their bets expecting a bigger dump.

Like last time it was late in the week leaving FUD to do it's work over the weekend and even if Bitcoin hits the $32 000 range will the alts follow dropping another 10 or 20% and I am hoping that doesn't happen.

The manipulation by whoever is doing it is just showing how fragile the crypto industry is and needs to mature. Whoever is behind it is rather pathetic and I firmly believe the reports that these things are happening behind the scenes. At some point in June the craze has to take off again as waiting for institutions to hop on board is pure nonsense. Many investors panic too easily and only time will make crypto more stable. The market needs to mature and as soon as that happens manipulation and fake FUD will have less effect. There has to come a time with BTC that the only ones left are long term holders like us plus the institutions and they ain't selling.

Everyone knows where their portfolios are heading and that is North to higher values. One doesn't need to see the charts of the so called "genius" analysts as it is pretty obvious. Last week many of those geniuses were panicking and showed that the majority are just as clueless as everyone else when it comes to predicting what is going to happen next. I saw so many stating the bottom was in only for it to kick off again and again. Many let their ego's get the better of them as they want to be the one to call it yet besides the obvious resistances they have no idea.
