Space tourism is closer to happening than we think
We are facing a time that many dreamed of experiencing, we can say that we are privileged to see technologies being improved and many of these technological advances are allowing us to achieve feats that were unthinkable for a long time.
It is true that after May 27, 2020, the date that marked the first manned space flight made by a private company to SpaceX with NASA, we can say that from then on the space race by private companies was started and Elon Musk had given a step forward compared to other companies, but in reality the real race has started now.
You can imagine that in the not-so-distant future, private companies will be able to take advantage of the orbital economy to mine asteroids where those with valuable resources will be explored. But what is closest to happening is space tourism and, curiously, a billionaire has already come out ahead of other competitors.
It is Richard Branson, founder of the Virgin group, became the first entrepreneur to board a spacecraft to fly into space. The suborbital flight lasted about 20 minutes but it was enough for the six crew members to see the shape of the Earth from above.
The VSS Unity crew included two pilots and four passengers, including Richard Branson, who already plans to make commercial flights into space with his company. Poder imaginar que num futuro não tão distante, empresas privadas poderão se desfrutar da economia orbital para fazer mineração em asteroides onde será explorado aqueles que apresentarem recursos valiosos. Mas o que está mais próximo de acontecer é o turismo espacial e curiosamente um bilionário já saiu na frente de outros concorrentes.
Se trata de Richard Branson, fundador do grupo Virgin se tornou o primeiro empresário a embarcar numa espaçonave para voar ao espaço. O voo suborbital durou cerca de 20 minutos mas foi suficiente para que os seis tripulantes pudessem ver o formato da Terra vista de cima.

Imagino que com a entrada de outras empresas para o turismo espacial, é bem provável que esses preços poderão está mais baratas em comparação ao mercado proposto. Bem, até lá vamos ver apenas os voos da Virgin Galactic. Enquanto Jeff Bezos, fundador da Amazon pretende fazer seu primeiro voo espacial em 20 de julho, Branson não perdeu tempo e praticamente está a frente dessa interessante e incrível corrida espacial.
Sem dúvidas será um mercado que movimentará bilhões de dólares pois quem tiver condições financeiras suficiente para essa experiência única talvez não irá pensar duas vezes para garantir sua passagem. It sure is exciting and I think there are like two more test flights. After that there are already hundreds of people lined up to take those commercial flights.
I am wondering whether or not Bezos is going to do anything soon because Richard Branson is taking all of the spotlight

Well, Bezos already has a flight scheduled for the 20th, no doubt the market dispute will be interesting. Prices for space tourism can be interesting because these companies try to attract the maximum number of customers.
