First Contest ERM - Feedback helps to value users' good work [EN/ES]

Greetings to all the financial community of Leofinance, this time I will make a totally different post to the ones I'm used to, this time is to participate in an initiative sponsored by two amazing projects that are in the HIVE Blockchain and are doing a very good job in curating the content of Hispanics in the interface of Leofinance.io. These projects are @erarium and @aliento.leo.

Without further ado, I will start answering the questions to participate.

Saludos a toda la comunidad financiera de Leofinance, en esta oportunidad hare un post totalmente distinto a los que estoy acostumbrada, esta vez es para participar en una iniciativa auspiciada por dos proyectos increíbles que están en la Blockchain de HIVE y que están realizando un muy buen trabajo en la curaduría de los contenidos de los hispanos en la interfaz de Leofinance.io. Estos proyectos son @erarium y @aliento.leo.

Sin mas nada que decir, comenzare a responder las preguntas para participar.


What is the importance of feedback on the platform and why does it measure your engagement? - ¿Cuál es la importancia de los comentarios en la plataforma y porque este mide su compromiso?

Many of the users that we make life in the HIVE Blockchain and in the Leofinance platform, what we do is create content hoping that the information reaches everyone and we can add a grain of sand to knowledge. In my case, I create content related to video games, especially from @splinterlands which is on this network, on the other hand, I am also very active in investments and I try to educate all new users on some essential aspects related to cryptocurrencies. So, if we create this content for the community, it would be very pleasing to receive good comments on our publications, in this way we can say as authors that indeed our work and dedication have fulfilled their purpose and this reflects the real commitment.

Muchos de los usuarios que hacemos vida en la Blockchain de HIVE y en la plataforma de Leofinance, lo que hacemos es crear contenido esperando que la información llegue a cada uno y podamos agregar un grano de arena al conocimiento. En mi caso, creo contenido relacionado con videojuegos, especialmente de @splinterlands que se encuentra en esta red, por otro lado, también soy muy activa en las inversiones y trato de educar a todos los nuevos usuarios en algunos aspectos esenciales relacionados con las criptomonedas. Entonces, si creamos este contenido para la comunidad, sería muy grato recibir buenos comentarios en nuestras publicaciones, de esta manera podremos decir como autores que de verdad nuestro trabajo y dedicación han cumplido con su propósito y esto refleja el verdadero compromiso.

Comments help us to be better - Los comentarios nos ayudan s ser mejores

Now, it is not only our job to create content and get comments, we must also demonstrate the same commitment to our fellow creators on the platform and appreciate them not only with upvotes, but also with comments that really help them either to improve something they have done incorrectly, or to congratulate them and thank them for the important information they are sharing. This helps to create an important relationship or feedback between all the users of the network.

Ahora bien, no solo nuestro trabajo es crear contenido y que nos comenten, pues también debemos demostrar ese mismo compromiso por nuestros colegas creadores en la plataforma y apreciarlos no solo con votos ascendentes, si no con comentarios que de verdad los ayuden bien sea a mejorar algo que hayan realizado incorrectamente, o bien sea para felicitarlos y darles las gracias por la importante información que están compartiendo. Esto ayuda a crear una importante relación o Feedback entre todos los usuarios de la red.

Another thing I was about to overlook. It is that a comment on the content is vital for the author, we know that we are here for the rewards, but knowing that you are not alone and that people really read you and appreciate that information, is a very good incentive to continue here. We should not only comment to those who have more power and experience, more importantly, I think it is important to comment to all those who are coming, these people are the ones who complement the community, because in my opinion without the "smaller fish", this platform would not be the same and would not have the success it has now. That's why the comments add an invaluable value and reflect the importance of communicating through that box below each publication.

Otra cosa que estaba a punto de pasar por alto. Se trata de que un comentario en el contenido es vital para el autor, sabemos que estamos acá por las recompensas, pero el saber que no estas solo y que de verdad las personas te lean y aprecien esa información, es un incentivo muy bueno para seguir aquí. No solo debemos comentar a los que tienen mas poder y experiencia, más importante aún, me parece comentar a todos los que están llegando, estas personas son las que complementan la comunidad, porque en mi opinión sin los “Peces mas pequeños”, esta plataforma no seria lo mismo y no tendría el éxito que tiene ahora. Por eso los comentarios agregan un valor invaluable y refleja la importancia que es comunicarnos por esa caja debajo de cada publicación.


Do you think that commenting can bring short, medium and long term good rewards to your content? - ¿Crees que el realizar comentarios pueda traer en el corto, mediano y largo plazo buenas recompensas a tu contenido?

Commenting on posts, which of course everyone finds interesting, is always a way to communicate and/or relate to that author. Relating to and appreciating content from comments is part of our job, it comes with the network and therefore we also receive rewards through this. So the answer to this question is "YES", the more constant we are making comments, learning from others based on these, and the more we make ourselves known, not only as good authors, but also as commentators, those who contribute a constructive and valuable comment, these people at some point will start to be more seen on the platform.

Realizar comentarios a las publicaciones que, por supuesto, cada quien vea interesante, siempre es una forma de comunicarse y/o relacionarse con ese autor. El relacionarnos y apreciar los contenidos en base a comentarios forma parte de nuestro trabajo, viene con la red y por ello nosotros también recibimos recompensas por medio de esto. Entonces la respuesta a esta pregunta es “SI”, mientras mas constantes seamos realizando comentarios, aprendiendo de otros en base a estos, y mas nos hagamos conocer, no solo como buenos autores, si no también como comentadores, aquellos que brindan un comentario constructivo y de valor, estas personas en algún momento comenzaran a ser mas vistos en la plataforma.

For no one it is a secret that constancy in any work, entrepreneurship or business in the long run brings good financial fruits, in this case in the Blockchain and in Leofinance is nothing different, as long as we commit ourselves to contribute knowledge and quality information directly linked to finance, we will have good results, without forgetting that we are also learning from others, this has happened to me, I have seen and read many very good contents that have taught me many interesting things related to cryptocurrencies and that is something to be grateful for, I have no voting power, but still I leave you a positive vote and additional in the comments my experience about what I have learned and of course thanking the information.

Para nadie es un secreto que la constancia en cualquier trabajo, emprendimiento o negocio eventualmente trae buenos frutos financieros, en este caso en la Blockchain y Leofinance no es nada diferente, mientras estemos comprometidos en aportar conocimiento e información de calidad ligada directamente a las finanzas, tendremos buenos resultados, sin olvidar que también estamos aprendiendo de otros, esto me ha pasado, he visto y leído muchos contenidos muy buenos que me han enseñado muchas cosas interesantes relacionadas con las criptomonedas y esto hay que apreciarlo, no tengo poder de voto, pero aun así les dejo un voto positivo y adicional en los comentarios mi experiencia sobre lo que he aprendido y por supuesto agradeciendo la información.


Conclusion

To conclude we must understand that comments are just as important as creating content on the platform to get rewards, this will help us in many ways and I have explained it throughout this post. I have loved to share my experience based on what I believe about the comments and their engagement. Again thankful for this great initiative, thank you very much to @erarium and @aliento.leo for always supporting Hispanic content, this encourages me to continue and stay on the platform. I look forward to more contests like this (laughs).
