If You Want Hive To Thrive Then Got Off Hive!
I am someone who is completely focused on the Hive blockchain and frankly, I've done a huge disservice to myself. I really don't look beyond the blockchain and have limited myself.
Being on Hive is great because it's a great blockchain and it is one of the world's biggest secrets. Nobody knows about it and it's our fault.
I've been doing alot of testing in the last few months and by testing I mean marketing test. I've come to the conclusion that Tik Tok and Youtube Super Chat marketing are the hottest things right now and Hive/Leo/Cub are nowhere to be found.
We have absolutely no community, we are like one of those lost tribes in the rainforest that hasn't had contact with the outside world in thousands of years but every once in awhile a Missionary shows up and gets an arrow through the skull.
Its great to be us I suppose but remaining a well kept secret won't make us sustainable. Take a look at Dodge & XRP. They are community driven for absolutely no reason. But they have feirce communities and brand ambassadors.
About 2 weeks ago when watching some youtube influencers who of course have never heard of hive I began to hear about some shit coin starting called Safe Galaxy(up 50% today)
It's completely stupid and probably a rug pull at best but I put $5 into it because thanks to CubDefi I now know how to use pancake swap. It's worth $30 today. I have no expectations for this stupid thing but there are people talking about. Nobody talks about Hive.
In 2 weeks there are more Youtube videos about this stupid thing than there are about Hive in its entire History. And lets not even try to track down all the Tik Tok videos (But tracking down Hive videos on Tik Tok is easy, there may be 10)
Hive is a great opportunity for anyone reading this post. It means you are on Hive because I promise you nobody else on the planet will read this. Nobody, ever! So make something of the opportunity.
Start talking about Hive/Leo/Cub. Get off of Hive and do it. Go on Tik Tok. Go On Youtube. Go anywhere but here and give it a shot. We can do this!

I have been doing this for a while, but recently had my Twitter account suspended (for unrelated reasons, sorta) and I don't think I'm going to miss it bad enough to beg for it back. Still shilling on Facebook though, getting ready to direct message some links because I'm pretty sure my posts are getting 'lost'.
I just saw a post somewhere that showed around 2,000 new accounts being set up, per week, for the last several weeks, so SOMEBODY
... is getting word out!
There aren't many people who talk about HIVE on youtube. I think stever82 is probably the talks about the it the most after LeoFinance. Its usually because he likes to make Splinterlands content and you would need to comment on HIVE (you have an account if you paid for spellbook) to get the giveaway prizes.

This is totally true, I don't speak English very well and it was very difficult for me to find Hive content on YouTube, even to be able to have my Cubs it was the same. I think they will see me through those channels helping people to know more about Hive, I had it in mind a few days ago and then I thought it was not that good to do it but I think I will try!

Very true. The issue is actually how successful it is internally. In that people can rave about their favorite coin on the network itself where as everyone else goes to Web 2 (Twitter/Youtube/etc) to do that.
Need to get out and preach if we cant some converts.
I have been trying to share my stuff more on Twitter. I know a lot of people do that. I am morally opposed to Tik Tok, so that won't happen :) I understand what you are saying though!

I blame Hive Influencers for not talking about it enough and that's the reason I found this amazing place so late. It's like they are deliberately hiding it. :P
We need to push ourselves a little bit and actually start talking about it on traditional social media websites because they have the traffic we crave for.
