When we get to the Hive platform or some of the second Hive Layer, it is mostly because of a person who comments to us, or we saw twitter or looking for information on the internet on how to get money. One of the qualities that we are going for is to earn money, but those people who are in poor countries who are looking for other means and income to be able to cope with the economy of their country.
When arriving with this mentality or this objective of obtaining money to cover basic needs, sometimes all we do is write a post and get a little money and extracting it, but we look for ways to perceive it among some of them that we find is stacking currency in Power so that we can get rewards in healing.
I can't speak for everyone, but I can speak from my experience ...
I started in 2018 and steemit in this world of cryptocurrency making a post, for my little time of working I only spent a few hours on this platform, I never got a feeling of commitment, because I had no motivation, my post was not commenting, my post I did not receive high rewards either, but it did help me to level my economy a bit. I was investigating more on the platform I saw those trend pages with large numbers in dollars, little by little I was observing how whales voted among them, things that discouraged because that way I would make an effort with a good post you would hardly get a vote.
The Steemitpower at that time I saw it very far from becoming a whale because it was a lot of money to collect, my first basic was food at home, when I learned about the spudpower, I had to increase my power I also started it to try to turn it off, I knew that I could not lower it a lot because otherwise the number of publications would be limited.
In me there was no reason, no reasons for my power to rise, besides I had no commitment or motivation to contribute on a page that I saw that many people voted for each other. I only cared about making my post and withdrawing my earnings. Because I say this here, because I think that as it happened to me here there are many, sometimes I say that people from poor countries should not be on a platform like this, since the only thing they know is to withdraw their money, I have read in several post that says "it's your money you can do whatever you want", other words "if you need the money to cover your needs take it", it is true they have many reasons in these words but if we see this platform as any natural resource that the only thing we do it is to take from it, even to destroy, knowing that one day these resources may end. Although human beings have evolved, we have not yet understood the care of resources, we have destroyed a large part of our planet knowing that we can extinguish it (well, continuing with my central theme).
If we see the platform in this way, as a resource that one day may end if we do not take care of it, if we do not contribute so that it grows, but destroy it, we would lose it, we would look for another and another. But the best way is to take care of our environment that does not generate a little wealth for some and enough for others. Although it is a little bit of granite that we contribute by committing ourselves to comment, to persist in our post and increasing our power, we are contributing that grain of sand so that the platform continues and continues to grow, it continues to be maintained, I believe that none of us want these to be lost .
- If we see our power not only as that we are going to stack and that we would never get those great numbers in our power.
- Let's not see that we will become a whale.
- Let's not see it with the benefit of obtaining small rewards in healings.
