The World Is In A Funny Place Right Now Stocks & Crypto
Unless you've been under a rock for 2021 then you'd know there's been a lot of crazy going on in the world in terms of investing. It seems like old traditional means of investing are totally out out window and we are in a new era of hype and memes.
I never thought I'd see the day but here we are Doge is up over $0.50 each 26% in the last 24 hours and over 100% up in the last 7 days. While ever other crypto is now in the red today just about. The recent rally at least to me seemed a little much as nothing is there to really back it up. I honestly thought we would see a pull back over the weekend and instead Ethereum rallied.
What Doge tells us though is that value is no longer really in the numbers. Instead it's in the hype and perceived value. But isn't that exactly what your paper FIAT money is?
It really has no value until the point of sale when someone is willing to give you something or exchange their time for that FIAT paper money. If someone is willing to buy or give you their time for DOGE coin is that not the same thing?
Even the stock market has been confused with massive rallies after some of the worst earnings and jobless claims in a long time. Not only that but we've seen companies about to go bankrupt saved from investors taking a jab at those with massive capital shorting their own stocks such as GameStop.
What does all of this add up to?
A confused older generation that's use to looking at numbers of a business and a younger generation that realizes these mega corps have been in business for to long. Things are changing and even though much of it feels like a weird confusing landscape it is all part of the process of giving people back some power instead of corporations running everything. We do this through platforms such as CubFinance (DeFi) and countless other innovations that are sparking fuel into a decentralized system.
In fact LeoFinance is about to roll out an epic feature to CubFinance that we all should be promoting and telling others about. Being able to swap between ERC-20 to BEP-20 tokens is a HUGE thing and also those people would most likely start investing into CUB itself.

I had several stock down 3-5-10%. BHC had a mixed earnings call and was down 10%, not really sure what could drive such a move in a day. It is getting harder and harder to determine what stocks will have its price actually reflect the operations of the company.

The stock market is nuts seriously. I feel like it's so over bought but honestly no one really cares anymore LOL everyones just investing and thinking they are going to make like 100% increases because of gamestop. It's a crazy world out there.

lol, I don't blame you no judgment here. While transferring ERC-20 to BEP-20 for sure will be in demand the only bad thing at least for now is it's going to pretty much be a one way road so limited on how often it's used. People pulling Ethereum to BNB. I doubt many will be moving BNB to Ethereum.
Yeah, I don't care about the return trip right now. I just want to get it there.
Doge is crazy, I'm not in but enjoying watching it.
I sure can't wait to see Cub start to crawl back up.

CUBs going to be fully about how many people know about it and trust using it. It's going to take some serious effort to push people to using it but it does seem like a quality swap for ERC-20 to BEP-20 which will be in high demand.
It is definitely a wild time akin to the feeling of late 2017. I sound like an old timer saying that but 4 years in crypto is like 40 regular years.
I love how DOGE has simply become the rallying flag of the common person and how much exposure it has provided for crypto in general. Elon 'Shillmaster' Musk is on Saturday Night Live this weekend so I bet everyone is just jumping in to get a piece of the action like they did Dec'17 when Big Bang Theory brought Bitcoin to a whole new audience.
Watching all these alt coins moon is nice but has left me wondering why my LEO is waffling. Our time will come soon!
