I always forget about it but I can't earn a bonus from it anyways. However for those new starting out it's a great opportunity to earn more plus understand the importance of powering up. Heck I power up every day if not on the hourly which most likely is a bit excessive.

Lol we are all obsessive in our own ways.

Yes I do the powering up of my rewards. I am about to those a couple hundred into my HP to help the numbers a bit.
