Should I be concerned?

As every day goes by, the price of Cub consistently plummets to new lows. There's nothing magical about the situation, it is simply because people are dumping and they are because they're losing faith or have shit to do with their money.

I can't fault anyone for selling an asset, particularly in this superbubble of a bull market but it certainly hurts to see my portfolio value dropping so hard. I had a hefty chunk of value riding in Cub finance, so every day it dumps, so does my portfolio.

I'm also not going to put on a brave face and tell you not to panic. I won't call you "weak hands" or shit like that if you decide to sell because it is well within your right to exit a ship that you've perceived to be sinking.

Personally, I don't think it is a sinking ship and I'll stick around for the long haul. It's not like I have a choice anyway, considering how exposed I am and how much I have locked up. The worst-case scenario for me is that I'll ride this baby to the ground.

I'm not losing faith in the project though and I have high hopes in Leofinance pulling in the crowd in the long run. The main issue is how much will we pull, since we're still stuck in the Hive bubble? I've read so many articles from people talking about external marketing and I mirror their sentiment.

We all need to collectively get it out there to our circles on the internet. I've been doing my bit on Whatsapp and even on Fiverr chats with my clients. Some of my clients like to engage me in casual conversations about crypto, presumably to know how much knowledge I have on the topic.

Do what we don't

I'm not going to pretend like I have the immediate answer to the problems we're facing at the moment. I have no idea how stressful and the amount of pressure that comes from managing a project like this, so my words are only that of a concerned investor.

I think we need to start thinking outside of the box in our bid to attract more people. Other than the usual marketing and stuff, we really should be looking at getting listed on the Binance exchange.

Now I know Leofinance is an ardent proponent of Dexes but it comes a time when we should do what we don't and start working towards that. I believe we've grown past the stage of staying under the radar and should start vying for mainstream appeal.

I've not lost faith in the project because I know how brilliant the brains behind Cubfinance are but should I be concerned that a hefty chunk of my portfolio has lost value? Well, you know the answer to that.

The continuous decline in cub price is saddening. Still holding on to precious little token as I believe kingdom release could cause a great shift forward to cub.

Till then, we keep staking up

I share the same sentiment as you as I even powered down a part of my HP just to put into CubFinance. HP that I have hodl for years (I only started powering down after hearing about these so called pools or dens or farms or whatever these things are called).

I really thought the price would at least continue to rise or at least stabilize near $4 with all the news about Kingdoms coming. It's disheartening seeing it go from $3.7 down to $1.7 now
