My Publish0x Monthly Stats - June 2021

avatar

To be honest, this month I'm not very excited about my Publish0x monthly stats. The main reason is that I wasn't able to spend enough time writing articles and reading content on Publish0x. Another factor is that the earning opportunity on Publish0x has also reduced a bit compared to the previous months. I usually do this post on the last date of the month but this time for a change I'm posting it on the first of the next month. But I did capture the screenshot of the stats page yesterday itself.

We know that the changes made on Publish0x are definitely good for the ecosystem even though it is a little bit challenging for the users to earn a decent amount there. But I'm still welcoming these new changes. In spite of my low activity in the last month, I noticed that my account stats look pretty decent.

In the last month, I was able to grab 15 new followers to my account. Now the total follower count is 230 compared to 215 last month. I'm glad that even though my contribution was less this month, there are still new people who like my content and follow me.

The new earnings are going to be only in the form of iFARM tokens and AMPL tokens. I'm glad that ETH is no longer an option anymore because of the huge fees involved. There have been so many recommendations about adding new cryptocurrencies as tipping tokens but the Publish0x team is still reviewing all those suggestions and is working towards giving us the best options.

I guess Publish0x needs a good revenue-generating model so that it can keep up with tipping the authors a decent amount. BNB was also suggested as a coin instead of ETH for its well-known less gas fee but I'm not sure if it will be considered or not considered. But the team did confirm saying that they will not go for their own coins because there are already enough coins available in the crypto world.

I had some health issues in the last month which did not allow me to stay with my laptop. In spite of that, I was able to spend some time here and there on certain days when I felt better. Last time my earnings were close to 5$ but this time it is not even 2$ which is something that I already expected because of my poor activity. I hope today brings a bright month and a better month where I'm able to stay as consistent as I was before without any real-world problems.

Publish0x has also announced that they are going to keep a watch on the accounts that are spamming or posting low-quality content. I guess that's definitely a great move and is important. This will increase the traffic to the site by having some quality content on the site. If more traffic, more ad revenue and if there is more ad revenue then I think it will be reflecting well on the rewards the users get.

I have a little abandoned this platform, I should take it up again, it's because I lack the time.

Yes, indeed time is a big constraint when it comes to using different platforms. But it doesn't take so much time to cross-post I should say. You can give it a try.

I generally only cross-post over there and I think I also heard some changes to the amount tipped. From what I saw, I think it was halved so it can be more sustainable.

Yes, they have made a few changes there and I think most of the Hive users are just cross-posting there. It is quite common. They have also mentioned maintaining the quality of the posts.

I have often heard about this platform, but I have never started using it. Also lately I read some posts in which they write the same things you wrote. Right now I have decided to use HIVE more and not start trying this platform

Cool. You can stick to Hive. I mostly cross-post the contents from Hive to the other platform and so far it has been a good experience. Maybe when you have some extra time, you can give it a try. !BEER
