Use Your Money for Personal Development, Not for Your Job

There are times when you feel that the world of work that we have today is no longer in a healthy condition. You feel you are sacrificing too much of your money for work. Or the cost to make your work run smoothly is too much.

I was once in a position where my salary was only used up to pay for my transportation and daily meals. I've also spent my money just to support my job optimally. It knocked me down completely and I got nothing out of my job other than just being tired and I didn't have time to develop myself.

Do What You Love to Develop Yourself

The important thing that we must always remember is about ourselves, about our self-development.

It's okay if you use your money for personal development needs, for example paying for a photography course, or a sewing course. The important point is that you are like investing in what you buy.

Use your money for things that can make you grow. Not something that just passes away.

Dare to take a decision

You are what you have made decisions today. It's a good idea to start to make decisions about jobs that make you run out to make it look good.

Indeed, many workers find it difficult to leave official employment agencies for fear that they will not have a monthly income.

If you have skills, especially skills related to today's digital world, you can survive. But it takes a little to patiently endure the pain of the struggle.

Your decision to do will greatly affect your financial freedom. It is not only your money that is at stake but also your time that will run out like your money runs out, just to make your boss rich.

You are right. We should focus more on our skills and try to develop them. And also develop ourselves and not spend all we have on her jobs and work.
If we can pay to improve our skills then we should do it cause that will add more value and worth to us.

Who didn't work only to spend our money on the job back.
Self care is important, so then it is not only advisable but also appropriate to take some time and money out to take care of ourselves.

I'm in the pleasant condition that my everyday job is both enjoyable to me and paying more than decently. Because of that, I'm not in a rush to get out of it but ultimately I agree with your sentiment and I certainly don't intend to work until I'm an old man :-)

Great advice @anggreklestari, and it reminds me of an old saying, "give someone a fish and they eat for a day, show them how to fish and they will never go out of food", keep up your great work, it's awesome.
