Staking Reward is Good Option for HODLers -My Recent Ethereum Staking

This Friday I got a notification from Bitbns that they are going to start some plans for Ethereum and USDT staking. These staking plans are only for 30 days but APR they offered is quite interesting.

There were 4 plans with different ROI rates out of which two were for ETH and 2 for USDT. Since the Bitbns exchange has their native token as well named as BNS so with BNS staking they offered a 5% extra reward.

I had some BNS so I used all the tokens for the staking and based on my 3150 BNS maximum ETH quantity is 2.10 got staked with a 20% rate. this rate of 20% APR may not be too good but not bad at all and for users like me having no plans to sell the ETH, holding is certainly a good idea.

Although there was another plan with 15% APR and I first filled the one with a higher rate and by the time I was able to finish this, another was already filled because it was not asking for BNS staking.
Three days are gone and after 27 days I will get the amount back with the reward.

I locked 2.1 ETH and after 30 days I will get a reward of 0.03452051 ETH which is equivalent to 48 USD approx. I like the concept of staking a lot because I don't trade much and I also hold for the long term so this way I get some reward for doing nothing.

Upcoming Staking Plans:-

There will be another plan coming on 29th Jan for ETH and BTC starting from 10% to 20% for the period of 30 days. Plans with BNS token will pay more reward and this time also I will stake some of my holding.

Getting such a reward for doing nothing is always so good and I wish that they increase the period from 30 days to some long term so that even better reward can be earned.

Here on the HIVE, we get similar or better APR depending upon the curation method and I usually dont keep liquid tokens so that I can make the most out of it but other than HIVE this is certainly a good option and I hope that many more exchanges come with such options. Currently, this is only for Indian crypto users since exchnage ask for KYC so if you are in India and reading this post then you give it a try this Friday if you like.
