Why stacking on basic homes? Try to raise popularity so if you double you can buy a hotel where you don't need any population and have a far better return.
Why did you buy so many parks? I want to understand the approach.

To be honest it is my brother who buys the card . I asked him and he responded that he was trying to increase the population as much as possible .
