First Hollywood Crush - Blogging Challenge Day 24

I used to watch movies. There were some movies that entertained me so much like The Last Samurai. However, talking about first Hollywood crush I like to say " The Bodyguard". It is a romantic story of a body guard with a women under his protection.

Here is the short story of the body guard. To you who were born in 2000 I think you do not watch the film.

The Bodyguard was released in 1992. It was a romantic story between a body guard , a former secret service agent "Frank " played by Kevin Costner. He was hired to protect a music star "Rachel" played by Whitney Houston. Rachel complained about her bodyguard over protective techniques to guard her. Frank fought with her other body guard in a kitchen. Rachel changed her opinion about Frank after she was saved in a riots in her concert.

Frank tried to be professional but his close contacts and communication with Rachel made both of them sleep together. Here, they started to fall in love. The extensive protection of Frank hurt Rachel then their affair broke up.

Rachel went to Greg Portman his former body guard. She then slept with Greg. Then, there was a serious threat that made Rachel back to Frank. Frank set up high level protection on the day of Academy Award announcement. Rachel was on stage but then she run out offstage. She was embarrassed by extensive protection by Frank. When she was on stage, she was announced to be nominated as the winner of best actress. She then went back on stage. Portman the former bodyguard was pointing a gun at Rachel. Frank knew this situation then he leaped in front of Rachel to protect her from the bullet. Frank was shot but he still could see Portman and shot. Finally, Frank killed Portman that made all audiences panic.
Frank got well from the Portman bullet shot. He then went to give farewell to Rachel at the airport. When the plane took off, Rachel suddenly asked the plane to be stopped and jumped out. She run to Frank and gave the last kiss.

That was a sad and sweet love story. Do you watch the movie?
