Yo en varias ocasiones lo he pensando y es por eso que hoy compartiré con ustedes esa CUALIDAD que pienso que debería ser un TALENTO 💥

I have thought about it on several occasions and that is why today I will share with you that QUALITY that I think should be a TALENT 💥.

¿Qué cualidad debería ser un TALENTO pero nadie le da importancia? | What quality should be a TALENT but no one gives it importance?
¿Has pensando como te sentirías si pensaras en lo que le sucede al otro? Yo pienso que esto nos puede poner más en el contexto y en la situación que vive otra persona e incluso podría cambiar nuestra visión y perspectiva sobre las cosas.
Siento que a veces vivimos en nuestro propio mundo, solo pendientes de nuestros sentimientos y decisiones y no nos ponemos un momento en el lugar del otro.
Y la cualidad estrella del día de hoy, es la empatía. Un valor que quizás muchas personas no le prestan atención y que para mí significa tanto y es tan importante.
Sin embargo, ser una persona empática no resulta una tarea fácil, ya que requiere requisitos previos como la inteligencia emocional, bondad, comprensión, ser cuidadosos al expresarse y la escucha activa. FUENTE
**Have you thought about how you would feel if you thought about what is happening to the other person? I think this can put us more in the context and in the situation that another person is living and it could even change our vision and perspective on things.
I feel that sometimes we live in our own world, only aware of our own feelings and decisions and we don't put ourselves in the other person's shoes for a moment.
And today's star quality is empathy. A value that perhaps many people do not pay attention to and that for me means so much and is so important.
However, being an empathetic person is not an easy task, as it requires prerequisites such as emotional intelligence, kindness, understanding, being careful in expressing oneself and active listening. SOURCE

Finalmente, pienso que la empatía es una cualidad que debería ser un talento y que todos deberíamos darle la importancia que se merece. Porque así como nosotros queremos que las personas se coloquen en nuestros zapatos y nos entiendan, de la misma forma deberíamos actuar para con los demás.
Finally, I think that empathy is a quality that should be a talent and that we should all give it the importance it deserves. Because just as we want people to put themselves in our shoes and understand us, we should act in the same way towards others.
