I'm not a kind of person used to a particular kind of meal or diet, but when it comes to the lack of time due to my busy schedules, i resort to taking fast food meals more often, and this meal is indomie and egg.

No soy un tipo de persona acostumbrada a un tipo de comida o dieta en particular, pero cuando se trata de la falta de tiempo debido a mis apretadas agendas, recurro a tomar comidas rápidas con más frecuencia, y esta comida es ** indomie y huevo **.

During working days i often take indomie and egg which is quite easier to prepare as a bachelor. So I'm used to such a meal and wish to improve on that if time permits. I believe once I'm married, there will be balance to the level of indomie i take daily compared to other meals.

Indomie is rich in carbohydrate, protein, vitamin and mineral salt of variable percentages. It's a rich and nurturing meal that do not cause weight gain but regulate your body mass. You need to give it a try too as well.

Indomie es rico en carbohidratos, proteínas, vitaminas y sales minerales en porcentajes variables. Es una comida rica y enriquecedora que no aumenta de peso, sino que regula la masa corporal. También debes intentarlo.
