BLOGGINGCHALLENGE PART 1 DAY 10(Five favorite foods)

Hello to all participant of the @bloggingchallenge, my name is Olafisoye Ayorinde, also known as @corporateay. And I will be sharing with you in this post my five favorite foods. Food are human fuel, they keep the body and soul together. Someone once said that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, and I agree totally with that. This is why I will tell you 5 foods that can make me your closest friend😋, lol.

MY FIVE FAVORITE FOODS

  1. BEANS :- Beans is a protein class of food that can be supplemented with, bread, maize, yam, rice and Garri. I choose beans as my first favorite because no other food can give the sensation beans gives to me, it is also a body building food, and I am a fan of good body build. In my regional location, there is no replacement for beans, rice can be replaced with spaghetti, pounded yam can be replaced with semovita. But beans has no replacement.

  2. RICE :- Rice is a carbohydrate given grain that can be supplemented with a lot of food, beans, egg, fish, meat, fried plants and so on... Rice can be prepared in different styles, fried rice, jollof rice and the normal white rice.

  3. BREAD :- Bread is a baked flour, Carbohydrate food as well. I love bread because I can get it fast when hungry, while traveling through a long distance journey, I prefer buying bread on the road instead of a random food that might purge me.

  4. POUNDED YAM AND VEGETABLES :- these food I a local made food, considered to be the best among foods in my hometown. The pounded yam as the name implies is made from pounding cooked yam.

  5. CAKE :- Cake Is not considered a main meal but I would like to but it as the last on the list. Made from flour, butter, sugar, eggs and so on, I love this food because of this richness in nutrition. And the taste is the difference.
