Prompt First Sentence: Kurt was a huge, comfortable man, whose body dropped fast into any inviting spaces.

Though at the moment, he grunted and shifted himself to find a better angle, "It's a tight fit!" Kurt almost growled.

More mewling could be heard from the crevice under the porch as Kurt tried to swipe again at the kitten that seemed to be stuck.

Prompt 2
She thought: What a tremendous lot I have failed to think through! Yet I always thought I thought through things so well!

Crouching and inching a little closer to the huge man who seem to be threatening her young, she surveyed the small area closer and took note of all possible exit ways. Now if only this huge man would move out of the way!

Before the feline could even decide whether she would pounce and scratch her way in to rescue her youngest, a loud "Oof!" was heard and she had to quickly back away in order to not get sat upon by the huge man.

Prompt 3
a whiff of strong-smelling soap

Assailed her senses as she spied her young in the giant hands of this huge man. Panicking and yowling in anger, she stood her ground even as the huge man now focused his attention on her, "Well now, you must be the momma cat?"

Gently cradled in his hands, Kurt softly laid down the kitten in front of her. Quickly, she took her young and just as she disappeared behind the bushes, she gave one last glance back towards him before she scampered off.

Thinking maybe that would be the last he'd see of her, he decided to tidy up his porch and just as he was about to go inside and shut the screen door, he suddenly made a last minute decision of leaving out a plate of dried fish on his porch and tossed out a big, unused box as well.

Interesting... did the human think he could tame her that easily? Her mewling kittens though seem to answer her question. Cautiously glancing back at the inviting warmth the porch provided, she finally decided.

Maybe, just maybe, she just had to be extra cautious.
