Yes, it finally happened. After more than 120 days in a row, I finally missed a day making my #iamalivchallenge video. I am sure you all missed my.
This is the first video in the Hard Pills to Swallow series. I chose "Content Is A Must" as my starting point.
It is my 142nd day in the #iamalivechallenge. I am alive and doing very well. I hope you are doing well as well.

Actually, that is very good advice that you have given! Starting with a catchphrase, or something that will be specific for you... At the same time, you are "making the flow" of the video, and on the other side, you are branding yourself through personal catchphrase...
And regarding your skip of a day in IAAC... You have started the new streak, so no stopping now! :)
