Good tips on using 3speak Erik. It has been working fairly well lately so I have been finally using it. I would rather use 3speak all the time but they have had some issure, it's good to see things working better.

Thanks Mike, yeah it is working really well now, my videos just go straight to encoding, lets hope they keep it up.
