You are right dear friend that commitment is the first step of growth. Thanks for reminding. Last few days I was very depressed and that was creating so much of loss. Now going to change my routine and daily I was saying myself that I will start this from tomorrow but next day also same routine now I will sure change the things thanks dear friend.
