FIRST SEMESTER RESULT IS OUT|| 2ND SEMSESTER EXAM IN TWO DAYS !!!
Today, my first semester result came out after we did the exam 2 months ago. This result is actually my first result from this school I am in. I must say that, I did not totally take this session very seriously as the only time I started to read my notes is during exam period, same as it is for this semester.
In my results, I got a G.P of 3.2, having 1A, 4 B's, 5 C's, and 2 D's, which makes a total of 12 courses. I must say I am fairly not happy with the result because I wanted a second class upper and not a lower. The major hit I have on this result is getting a D in a 3 unit course, with a score of 49 when a C is actually starting from 50. Seeing this is quite painful, but since this is my first result then there is room for improvement which means placing more efforts in my second semester result.
Infact, below is the picture of my first semester result.....
yeah, those are my grades above.... funny enough, those courses that I have a D in them, I would be writing exams on those courses on this Wednesday and Friday for this semester. So this is a chance for me to set things right with them and hopefully, I would do just that.

What? 12 courses in one semester?
What kind of program is that? When my parents went to college they took 5 or 6 courses each semester and that was plenty.
What would an average week look like for you? Do students have time to rest or have a social life?
Time to rest and have a social life? Lol, I wish. We do manage our time I guess lol and 5 courses would have been good 😺

Not at all! There is no time to rest for us, no social life. Just wake up at 6.00am, in the morning to prepare for school and you must be in school by 9.00am not to be late for class. From 9.00am to 6.00pm, you've to choose between school and personal life. Education in Nigeria is rubbish, it's just stress for us no life in it.
Sorry about that. I can understand that getting a college education is important but it can be at the expense of physical and mental health.
Smile... That's how it is here. It is a undergraduate program to acquire a B.Eng Certificate.
My week is pretty busy, On a norms. classes hold everyday from 9am still 4pm, most times 6pm, even with assignments to do but thank God for corona, I just do practical classes physically and theory only but still, I go for the practical classes everyday and submit assignments physically.
Weekends is our time of rest here. My weekends are already occupied, as they are filled with church activities.
