WHEN THE BRAIN EXPERIENCE DÉJÀ Vu.

Déjà Vu is an illusion of the mind been performed inside the brain memory. This is the act of feel that a specific day or time have occured once or twice before the present moment. The experience of Déjà Vu in the brain is real and its is not a disease of the brain but just experiences the brain ungoes.
When you experience DÉJÀ Vu there are likely few things the brain experiences and few that i discovered from research are;

  • Feels like you are on the right path in life.
  • A correction in the memory is occurring at that particular time.
  • You probably just need more sleep.
  • Most times when we tend not to pay attention to someone or something.
  • The present action presently had occurred in a past life.
  • Experience of the same action in an environment.

This are the likely points i was able to discover about the feeling we feel and i would also like to expand and broaden the knowledge behind the Déjà Vu experience.

  1. Most of the times we tend to work the body up through the influence of the work we do or school stress too most times we feel a trance of reliving the same experience we had that particular time and most times feel like it is day dreaming or illusion about something happening to us. Most times you just need to sleep more, have more rest for the brain to actually collect its saved memories bit by bit till you feel active. Stress, Overthinking, fear, and also mind persistence also cause the experience of Deja Vu when we do not have enough rest. When we take coffee in the morning it actually controls this feeling and also give the brain that boost to be ready for the day.
  2. The brain also undergoes rearrangement of the memories been that it gives a glance of deja vu any where you are and you would feel you would feel you are experiencing the same action that has happened before now. Another reason people experience déjà vu is due to something called memory MISMATCH (i.e. more or less like miss arrangements of memories). Brain regions with memory conflict might also be behind the experience of déjà vu, and describe memory conflict as the conscious awareness of a discrepancy of memory signals being corrected. The produce of déjà vu is because you're remembering something slightly incorrectly at this point.
  3. Funny enough when i discovered déjà vu also tend to mean that you are at the right path of life it was amazing because basically throwing a bunch of stuff at a wall and seeing what sticks, and you might not always be sure you're on the right path. According to what i read an discovered about déjà vu, it might feel your brain's way of telling you that you're heading in the right direction. It's basically a message from your self informing you to keep going and most times you would actually feel it. Again, there's no scientific evidence for this, but it's a nice thought if you want some reassurance because its just a mutual feeling while you experience déjà vu.
  4. At times when we are lost in our own thoughts maybe in a meeting or classroom it can also be classified has an experience of déjà vu which most people call Imagination of the mind.Apparently, the more distracted you become in an environment, the more likely you are to experience déjà vu. This is called the split-perception theory; if you're been distracted by something else while trying focus, and the only glance around happens quickly, the perception you are currently experiencing might be split into two parts rather than one, and makes your hippocampus slightly confused. Look at things more closely, though, and the feeling will likely dissipate.
  5. Another one is we you are in a particular area and you get the feeling you have seen something related to the experience you having. Having that the same setting around is actually what you have see before and you responding the same way you did before that present moment. #Then, before I research about the experience of déjà vu in the brain, I use to feel the character flash existed in real life and it seems he had entered a time loop or gone back in time''; but funny enough that was not the case of it all after been educated about it.
    Sometimes when you have déjà vu; the feeling of familiarity could be happening because you've actually had the same experience in the past but simply don't remember it so in a way that might not be déjà vu. A study discovery on Psychological Science in the year 2008 found that déjà vu can often be related to things you've seen and done, even if you don't remember it. Interestingly, research also discovered that space matters when it comes to déjà vu; if a place is laid out in the same way as another location, you might experience déjà vu, even if the two places look nothing alike.

#The experience of déjà vu is not a bad thing or disability in the body. At times, it actually feels good when you discovered you just experience the déjà vu feeling.

Cool article! This is something to be on hive.blog, doesn't fit leofinance niche of finance/crypto related content. Cool article though. Giving it an upvote from the Hive side.
