Creativity: pirates, buses and actors

(Edited)

I'm starting this text without knowing what I'm going to write, but I believe this will be an interesting experiment on creativity.

Now I am reflecting on what subject to address, nothing crosses my mind, except the knowledge that the situation in which I find myself now is popularly called "giving a blank".

At that moment, the desire to procastinate and give up the process of finishing this text seems interesting. but I justified above that I would write this text without knowing where it would end, but will it really be an interesting experiment on creativity?

Right now what was a blank text, begins to be the outline of an idea transmuted in words.

How about we focus on the topic and talk a little about creativity?

In my view, creativity is: the act of expressing references through a language.

I haven't read that in any book or heard anyone speak like that before, so I think I can say that it was the work of my own creative ability.

When I studied theater, one of the most admired characteristics was creativity. perhaps this feeling of scarcity in the artistic environment is because actors are constantly shaping a work created by someone else. At this point, an actor does not need creativity to compose works, but to interpret and transmit them to the public.

Let's go to the next subject

The act of writing has helped me to develop some skills.

The first is the ability to read works on different topics and better understand the work putting me in the author's place.

The second is to analyze my own attitudes and the world around me more clearly.

Because when I am writing I need to interpret the thoughts that go through my mind, the feelings that I feel in my body to find a way to transcribe it into words in order to be understood by the reader.

It is a task that requires constant review and analysis, reading more than once what has been written to understand what has been contextualized, and thus trying to discover the path to which this text will lead.

We could think in a romantic way that to write is to sail in unknown waters, like a pirate who goes out with his ship without knowing where he is going to stop.

Well, I can't see anyone joining a crew taking a boat and going out to sea with no prospect of where he is going. It seems a very atypical and somewhat improbable situation.

Bringing it to today would be like joining a bunch of people to take a bus and leave without knowing where it is going, it seems quite fun but I never saw anything like it done. Perhaps testing this would be a great event for the weekend.

blow my mind.

I started this text with no where to go as well as the pirate who leaves aimlessly on the high seas, or the bus crowd that leaves the weekend that left without destination, this would be the practical translation of that saying:

Does life imitate art or does art imitate life?

If you've read this far, I believe we shared a little experiment on creativity. The question is: did you find it interesting? why?

Creativity, among pirates, buses and actors

O ato de escrever vem me ajudando a desenvolver algumas habilidades.

Great mind trip! hehe

I really liked the part where you say writing is helping you develop:

The act of writing has helped me to develop some skills.

The first is the ability to read works on different topics and better understand the work putting me in the author's place.

The second is to analyze my own attitudes and the world around me more clearly.

I feel the same way, writing so constantly like this is helping me a lot, not only is the aspects you mentioned, but also to communicate more clearly, my vocabulary is getting a little bit more sophisticated, even when speaking, because I think of the beginning, middle and end of what I'm gonna say before I say it.

Thanks for the post, man. You've clearly been at this for a while, 'cuz your a good writer! Congrats!
