Spread the Word about Blockchain
It can be hard when you want to explain terms like blockchain, cryptocurrencies, differences between them, mining, staking, etc... I have done that couple of times in the past and I have mixed "results" about it... A lot of times people didn't understand everything (which is normal as information overload is huge), and some of my friends got hooked and dived deeper into the crypto world... I gave them a ticket, and they had to do the rest... If someone isn't interested, there is no meaning in pushing...
Two days ago I had a similar talk with my friend who worked for me a decade ago in my shop and service... I wanted to lure him into ETH mining 4 years ago, but he was unavailable... As I like to do things in person, we missed a year, then another one... So, it was a time for a talk... We sit in the bar and I had an idea to tell him about blockchain gaming, but not because I wanted to FOMO him, but to use it as an example... As blockchain gaming is the last thing in the "chain", I had to go back to crypto, and all the way to explaining how blockchain works...
All the talk wasn't beneficial for him, but it was very helpful for me too... Saying out loud things about blockchain and crypto has stronger my beliefs in all this... Maybe it will do the same to you after watching this video... :)

I rarely mention any of this blockchain stuff to anyone I know. I know they'd look at me like I am out of my mind. Have to find receptive people to talk with about it. That's the challenge. I am happy your talk reinforced your mindset around all things blockchain, crypto, etc.
It is kind of doing that for MYSELF, and not for others... That's the trick :)

I have mentioned blockchain to a few people and they think it is just a fad or something that is not yet proven. I don't think others will fully understand until they actually start participating.
People very often misunderstand blockchain and cryptocurrencies... Blockchain is so much more than just BTC, or ETH, or any other cryptocurrency... When you scratch under the surface, understand how it works, for what can be used, why it's different from anything else, then you are really hooked :)
Blockchain isn't a price of a coin in USD...
