Invest the ad revenue in the business AKA to grow the POB community. There's always a couple of levers that generate 80%+ of the business (if not more); put the money where the biggest impact lies and keep analysing as we move forward. If you have no data, than start testing. Test all the points / ideas you have listed above. You will not know what works until you have tested them. No assumptions. Let's get the facts and numbers.
