My Favourite Article of the Day

My Favourite Article of the day was written by @interpretation which is a detailed and stattistical post about the All time high (ATH) engagement being seen in the #pob community, If you follow me or read some of more recent articles you will know I am a big fan of statistical posts, even more so when they analyse data that motivates and encourages users in the #pob community to become more engaged, proof of brain is thriving and it is down to the amazing working and high number of engagement being done in the community, you can read Engagement nearing all time high again A very worth while post if you would like to see how our little piece of the blockchain is firing on all cylinders, or as Dr Victor Frankenstein nicely puts it in the movie, ITS ALIVE great for anyone interested in seeing how well the community is growing, I would suggest swinging by.

Congrats to myself and @plint were doing well and I hope we continue to let this initiative grow, it's fun so I'm sure we can only grow.

My favorite Article of the day would be the one titled Blaming Technology For Our Failures written by @theindiantrader who tries to remind us humans to not let technology take us over but rather we have to control it and also not to blame technology for our failures.

I added a comment to answer his question that the reliance of humans to technology can not allow us imagine a life without technology, what do you think? Am I wrong?

Thanks @jaxsonmurph for this initiative

I fully understand that sentiment, we are the masters of our own destiny and choosing to use technology comes with responsible, it is up to each of us to curb our usage to what is necessary in a responsible manner, Thank you for sharing this post.

In answer to your question, I believe technology has become so advanced and of course in some cases so addictive that it has indeed become hard to imagine life without it, I try to use technology and especially invasive technologies in a limited capacity, meaning only when necessary.

For instance I do not use my phone when out and about each day and have disabled the notifications of each application I use, during this time I will only receive direct phone calls or messages via a privacy based app from known contacts.

But the feeling of wanting to access and use more is always there, like a cigarette quitter feeling like they would like a smoke, we each need to learn how to curb these urges.

The article "the moment she realized hpw she wasted 14 years" is a story written by @timmypat. It tells us we can be successful if we work according to our niche. Striving to do what is not for us brings us nothing but stress, shame and failure. There is also a message for parents that they shouldn't force their kids to do what is not meant for the.

Here is the link for the article

A really sad story that has a nice ending, I learned early on that it is important to study something you love doing, as the old saying goes if you can create a business out of a hobby you will be happy for life, unfortunately this isn't always an option for a child heading off to college.

we each learn what is right and wrong for us as individuals, but should never be forced into a choice our parents make. Thank you for sharing this story.
