Week's Theme : What's your favorite Altcoin?
Hello and welcome to my page. I am @daniky and this is my entry to the week's theme content, an initiative of @vempromundo. Kindly move on with me as I'll be sharing my thought on what I've found to be my favorite altcoin.
It's no news that Cryptocurrencies today, has taken over the digital world and one of the most beautiful part is its decentralization. Altcoins have the tendency to fluctuate with $value and are non stable unlike stable coins like Tether, USDT, USDC and so on, one beautiful thing is the fluctuation in price of altcoins that brings more value to the crypto space.
My favorite altcoin is the bitcoin. Bitcoin has proof its worths or value over the years and according to a video documentary posted by @onealfa few days back stating when btc was $133, i found out this alt was seen as a very valueless coin in the centralized economy. The moment btc gain its worths to its full capacity, many had no other option but to buy and store btc in a hard way. Today, btc is above the $50,000 predicted mark and thriving better in the crypto space.
In Nigerian currency, the naira note, bitcoin was valued at about 4.5million naira in between the year 2016 to 2018, along the line many people lost confidence in the btc when the alt dropped drastically to 4million for more than a year. Many lost their patience and began to cash out their money because 5million naira predicted mark seems not attainable due to the persistent depreciation in the $value of btc. This fashion continued till the moment bitcoin gained momentum to its full capacity from 2019, boosting it $value from 4million naira to 30million naira in 2021. At this point many stakeholders who initially cashed out their funds regretted such an act they did. They wished they forget having a stake somewhere to give their btc more time and proximity to thrive harder, but no, they lost it. With the drastic increase in btc naira value within the course of 5 years, their are possibilities of btc attaining mega heights in $value in the nearest future. It's likely it hits the $100,000 mark before the end of 2023. So you can see the more reason it's my number 1.
Besides the btc, i see much value in the #pob token in years to come. Hive, #leo, #alive token, ctp tokens, neoxag, sport tokens and others are not left out of my staking agenda as well. Thank you

I like Zcash, and Zk-channels compatibile coins like Tezos & Bitcoin.
That's awesome @phusionphil. Though I'm not really familiar with #Zcash. I hope to broaden my knowledge on that soon.

Yes Hive is one of my favorite as well. BTC is at the first place but hardly affordable at the moment. I'll get to make my findings on STX to know more about it.
