Inner thoughts are the feelings that the unconscious mind brings to one at every single moment. One might not have noticed but at times, when one is about to make a move, one's mind might disprove the actions, later when one does it and it goes out of hand, one tend to regret not following he's or her mind.

A literary technique that presents the thoughts and feelings of a character as they occur. Psychology, the conscious experience of an individual regarded as a continuous, flowing series of images and ideas running through the mind.

Every step we take are been guided by our inner thoughts, but due to the fact that human gets busy with what aim they are about to achieve, and the risk we ready to take for it.

Some times one might be faced with more than one voices in the head, especially in situations where one is to make a choice from divas options. At times the right choice seems to difficult to take. Some of us are lucky most times and some are not considered lucky as they listen to the wrong voice inside the head.

Which thought one listened to at intervals goes a long way in a life of man. Some are dead today because they failed to listen to their inner thoughts, while some are alive because they didn't listen to their inner thoughts, confusing right??.

Not all inner thoughts points to the right direction, that is why man needs to think twice before taking a decision, it matters a lot in life as the outcome of a decision for a person might not turn out to be the outcome of the same decision for another.

Meditation

meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique, such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity, to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

Meditation can be described the act of listening more to get the deep meaning of a particular subject. Maximum meditation can be attained when one ignores all forms of distraction around, focusing on the only thing one wishes to know more, learn more about.

Talk less and listen more

Most times this sentence is used when one is meant to learn from others who are more experienced. But the fact is, most people talks a lot even when they are alone while listening less to their inner thoughts.

Handling troubled mind

In a situation where there one is faced with a troubled mind, is it always difficult to stay calm and listen. Whereas, that is exactly the point where meditation should calm in. No matter what one is going through, one should note that someone somewhere has gone through that same situation, some has failed while taking wrong decisions, while some has succeeded in taking the right decision.

All we need to to is stay calm for a moment, think deep without worries and make a perfect, only these will straighten one's part.

You are right
Due to our busy mind, we get to make decisions ourselves which most times might be wrong
But when you make peace with your inner mind and listen carefully, you get to take the right decision.
