How many Pobs does it cost to fulfill your dream?
Everyone has a dream. Some people have many, others prefer to call them goals. But in the end, everyone wants to accomplish something they cannot yet. Usually when we cannot fulfill our dreams, the reason is financial.
Unfortunately, achieving their own goals is not for everyone, whoever has the most money is the one who is most rewarded, so to speak. But that depends a lot on how you see things; some people are extremely content with everything they have and conquer day after day and there's nothing they want more... It's hard to find someone like that isn't it? But there is. Perhaps some people think that those that want nothing more than what they already have are accommodating. But I particularly prefer not to judge.
I consider myself a dreamer and I think being like that has two sides; one very good and one very bad. Because having dreams is something that encourages you to continue living and working to make them happen, but having dreams also means having frustrations depending on what you want. Because some things were made not to be ours. It's a somewhat sad reality of life. Wanting is not POWER.
Today I'm going to share a big dream with you: To meet the Norway.
I don't know since when I have this desire but it's something that came from my childhood. I really admire Norwegian nature. Its mountains and fjords have always left me breathless and I wonder what it must be like to be in such a place, what it must feel like to be present in one of its breathtaking landscapes.
In addition to the splendid nature of Norway I really like Nordic culture. From mythologies, the nordic is I like the most. I like Nordic culture so much that I think enchanting my husband too. He recently got a rune tattoo and I thought it was very cool.
One day I intend to fulfill this dream and spend a few months in Norway. But there are so many things I need to conquer before doing this. Anyway, I need to take it one day at a time and work to make my dream come true because we know that just by dreaming we don't get anywhere: we need to make it happen.
Now let's go to the name of the post: How many pobs do I need to be able to fulfill my dream of going to Norway? Hundreds! LOL
The cost of living in Norway is very expensive, and in addition to the cost, there is ticket that is also not cheap from here in Brazil. Of course, if I did a more thorough research, I might be able to make the price a little cheaper, but the ticket alone would cost around U$ 1.218, that's more than R$ 6 thousand reais.
A quick survey showed me that it costs around 2.176–4.352 USD per month linving in Norway. A month is what I would like to spend there, to be able to make the most of the place and feel the energy. Of course I haven't done in-depth research on it yet, because it's still quite far from my financial reality. Mainly because the personal cost amount must be multiplied by 2.5 because I would go with my husband and my 4-year-old daughter.
Like I said, that would cost hundreds and hundreds of pobs.

Is good to have dreams.
Some people tend to dream bigger than others, sometimes they even have dreams that looks impossible to achieve.
Having a dream is one thing and setting goals to achieve your dream is another.
If I'm allowed to say, I would say everybody has at some points in their lives dream about their future or how they would want their future to look like.
We have certain dreams but sometimes to achieve these dreams we need alot of encouragement, financial support and what have you.

My dream is not unique. Like you, I am a dreamer and value freedom, so my dream is to be able to do my favorite "doing nothing" - traveling and experiencing life in all its diversity. But this, as you correctly noted, needs to be financially secured. So now my main goal is to provide myself with a small but stable passive income, and I hope that I will be able to achieve this with the help of Hive and Proof-Of-Brain)
That's without a doubt my main objective here... That we get it, friend.

As for me, Most important thing in my life right now is I need funds to support education of Love of my life, My Girlfriend. We both are studying right now and I am expecting a job in next year end. But the financial condition of My love's family is not strong. I don't want to make her studies suffer. My studies will be over in December then I will start a part time job till I get a permanent job. Its gonna a tough year for both of us. Coming to finances, we will be needing around 200$ per month. It's a tough task but I am ready to go to any extent for her and i wish and expect POB will be a great help in my journey. Hope for best. Good luck to everyone. I have learnt over time that a dream is not what u go see or sense when u sleep, a dream is what u walk through every day even when you are awake.
Dreams are always true when it keeps flashing Before you every time. Dreams tend to draw you closer to the point where you can touch it, feel it and be it. Just like Martin Luther, "I have a dream" he never stopped believing in his dreams, though he wasn't alive to see it pull through, but it eventually did. A dream that one day a black man will govern the great society of America 🇺🇸. A dream of equality and acceptance. Well we can say America is living the dream.
Our desire is to live the dream rather than dream the dream.
And if you ask me, my dream desire is to visit beautiful countries, but not to live, work or serve jail terms but to see and explore more of the beauty and wonder of what the world has to offer, learn, love, feel and capture the moments. I look at the TV each time and I keep seeing this dream reflecting back at me. I would really love to come back home, because home is where the heart is 🇳🇬. Honestly, I quite frankly can't say how many POB will do this. I could just use enough to draw me closer to the dream 😂 .

Oops 😬... Trying to give up On dreams so Learning to live a day at a time , we plan so many things in life but eventually happens how they are meant to be. For when dreams increase and grow many, there is vanity; but God is the one you must fear. I try to be intentional about doing with every new endeavor in my life – committing my plan to the Lord and offering it up to Him in trust and surrender. Plans to do good n be good!! No cost of PoB would be enough to fulfill ma dreams 😉
Well one thing is to have dreams and another is to chase after it no matter what happens and also being able to achieve the dreams we have in life. The above i listed is just three factors that we have to stick to if really we wanna have a story to tell and have our dreams come through.
Nice seeing your dream which you shared to is and I'm telling you is a nice one if you're really determined to be there because everything is possible but the whole failure and delay depends on us and how we go about it.
I wouldn't believe you're giving up on that dream because is not late and no time is too late for a dream to come through as far as you lived by it. So all you have to do is make plans and work towards it, yes is costly but we don't know what tomorrow holds for us.
Well I can't really do the math now and know how much POB I need to achieve my dreams and at the same time I don't wanna guess on the cost yet.
However I had a dream of becoming a fashion designer who owns a big shopping plaza for clothing's. I'm still working my way towards this dream and I don't know how long it will take me for it to come through.
I've enrolled in a designing class lately last year which I learned a bit but on the long run I have to change location and I've not been stable the whole year and now career work catch up with me as I studied accounting and now work as an accountant in a retail firm here in my country and I've not gotten the chance needed to continue my training.
But that is not stopping me because anytime I see the opportunity to acquire the skills and training I will surely make something from myself as a fashion designer.
