Good Day Guys

This was what happened during my day, I woke up and still felt sleepy because I only slept for around 5 hours. I finished writing and I had to get ready for work. I also brought all the documents that I needed and my Blood Pressure apparatus. I drove myself to work and parked at our family friend's house. The person living there is so kind because she opens the gate for me most of the day. Then I had to walk to work, go through the triage, time in, and go to our department.

Hospital Duty

While waiting for the text of our doctors, I was just resting on one of the chairs. My colleague who I usually treat with had an outpatient. I received the doctors' text and I was told to defer one patient and continue treating the other as long as there were no events that happened during the night. Because of the deferral, we only had one patient there on the fourth floor and his management was easy. So I decided to go up to the 4th floor and treat the patient. I feel bad for this patient because he's in a coma but it was also my first time seeing him opening his eyes for a few seconds. I finished treating the patient so I had to go to the basement to ready all our stuff for our next patients.

We had two musculoskeletal patients, and they were in the same building so we decided to split up during treatment. I went to the patient who I treated the day before and my colleague went to the new referral. When I was about to start my patient, one of our doctors did the rounds and was explaining to our patient what happened to her and that she needs to get a brace due to osteoporosis to be able to support her spine. Osteoporosis is when your bones become weak and brittle, and in our patient's case it was causing her back pains. I'm glad that when I was treating her she said that the pain was reduced compared to yesterday and she was able to perform bed mobility with minimal assistance. My colleague was able to finish treating her patient first and went to the room where my patient was. After finishing the treatment, we went down to our department. We then disinfected and charged our patients. We had time to go out for a while to process our documents.

Getting the Apostille

Me and my colleague are processing our papers, before going there I had to pass by my car because my documents were inside. We then proceeded to the University of Baguio which was our alma mater. Before entering we had to take our temperature and fill up a form. Then we proceeded to the Admission and Records Center(ARC). I thought the line was really long because there were a lot of people but they were no lined up to get the records but to get the COVID19 vaccine at the gym of UB. We had to claim our diplomas and asked what's the process of having our documents authenticated

The first step that we had to do is to photocopy our diploma and TOR.

We then had to go to the Cashier and pay 150 Pesos for the CHED Endorsement and Authentication Fee for the Diploma and TOR. After paying at the Cashier we had to go to a window where they were doing clearances and had them sign it.

We went back to the ARC and submitted the receipt and the photocopied documents. They gave us this form to fill up. After filling this up we had to pay them 80 Php For Additional CHED Authentication. They told us that we'll have to wait for 2 to 3 weeks before everything gets processed.

Going Back to Duty and Going Home

When we went back, it was lunchtime so we ate our lunch. After that, we had to treat one more patient but my colleague offered that she would do the treatment. So I accepted it. I was just there talking with my other colleagues about dogs and resting most of the time before it hit 5 pm. When I walked back to the car. The people at the house asked if I could take their Blood Pressure and I took the blood pressure of 3 of them. I then drove home and when I got there, I disinfected. I Ate dinner, used my computer, and spoke to my girlfriend. I hope that you guys had a great day!!
