Nature is the very importance of humans have needed to survive and thrive, was provided by the natural world around us: food, water, medicine, materials, for shelter, and even natural cycles such us climate and nutrients. Nature is our sole supplier. Some animals give us food.

We are in the 21st century and this is the year 2020. Undoubtedly we are so advanced with technology and that has made our life easy but at the same time we can not ignore the importance of nature. Keeping ourselves close to nature makes us not just healthy but also gives us peace of mind. I can say it because I feel the same when I get the chance. If you want to experience then I suggest you visit the garden and spend some time with beautiful plants and flowers. I am very sure that you will feel amazing and relaxed that will make you feel good.

In my daily life, I see people getting more addicted to in-house things that are driven by high-end technology and I afraid that maybe in the future they won't want to connect with people and even nature that's a beautiful creation by God. They are making their home so special and beautiful and its very good but I don't think that it can be a place where we can stay all the time.

Physical activities are much needed of yourself to stay fit and to get it done we need to move outside to either park, garden or any open space. Some people try to set gym in their home but I don't find it so much great because even a run or cycling in the open park is more fun than running on the treadmill. It might look good but in my opinion cycling in an open area is really fun.

Some people have so busy life and because of that they don't get time for such activities but it does not apply to everyone so whoever can do it through the natural way then its best. My grandmother was so healthy and fit even at the age of 90 because she was more closer to nature with her food habit and other activities and now in cities, people start feeling old even after 50.

It's time for us to think about it and figure out what is best for us. Our health is everything and there is no alternative to this and nature plays an important role in this.


There is nothing wrong to get modern but when it comes to health then always go for the best and natural option and this way you will not just feel good but also stay fit and great.
