Splinterlands Battle Share with Medusa - Powerful Queen in Water

Hello and Namaste Friends,

It's Monday today and the day is also almost over here in India. I hope you are having a good time with your family and friends and also staying safe at the place wherever you are. This is my splinterlands battle share post for this week and in this post. I am slightly late this time and hopefully next time I will share it well on time. I shared my tips and strategies I followed to win the battle. I did some battling this morning in this new season. I have started playing again and increasing my rating gradually.

This week's theme card is RUSTY ANDROID from neutral Splinter but since I don't have this card so I share my battle with Medusa and this card is from Water Splinters. Looking at its value I found this is much undervalued and it's one of my favorite cards in water splinters. I have a level 1 card but still, it does a nice job in the battle.

Now Let's also have a look at the statistics for this card. We need to go through it to know more about the card and figure out the capabilities of any card. It's a very important part to know about any card. Without going through stats it's difficult to conclude whether the card is good or not.
Sea Monster is a common card from the Water monster in the reward print edition. This card is available from levels 1 to 10 and it also has abilities Heals and Thorns. I like the cards having any ability from level 1 because there are many cards with no abilities at all.

Cards Line-up and for the Battle

I got 99 mana for this battle and it's awesome but because of the battle theme of Little League, there were fewer mana cards so I tried to select the best. I picked up 6 cards that I found the best. I picked these cards to win the battle and my selected cards played so well.

Electric Eels
Medusa
Crustacean King
Halfling Alchemist
Elven Mystic

Spinerback turtle

There was no card more than 4 mana because of the battle theme so I picked this one and put it in front because it's a nice one to have on slot 1. It's quite a powerful card in the water monster and I use it quite often.

Electric Eels

I don't use this card quite often but because of fewer options I had taken this and very happy to share that this card had played very well and I will surely use this card while playing with water splinters.

Medusa

Here comes the Medusa, a queen type of card in water splinters, and taking it a common habit that I have been following since almost the beginning of my game journey. It cost 4 mana but I always find it a worthy card to have and play with it.

Crustacean King

The lower level of this card does not do a nice attack but it helps to restore the life of the monster that is fighting in front and because of this reason I have taken it in the game.

Halfling Alchemist

Alchemist is a great addition in the battle because it does reduce the amount of attacking by 50% and that helps a lot to win the battle. It was released when bitcoin Halfling even was there and that's why its ability is influenced by Bitcoin.

Elven Mystic

This is also a nice card that comes from a Neutral monster and I use it almost every day while playing because it's from a neutral monster and I can use it with any other monster. Its attack makes me win the battle most of the time.

Did your strategy work? What will you try differently next time?

Whatever strategy I planned for this battle went pretty well and I won this battle. I will try more ways to play with it in future battles depending upon mana and theme for the same.

Do you use the medusa often? Why or why not?

Medusa is a nice card from the water monster that is surely worth keeping into account. I try to play more battles with either water or earth so with the water team I most of the time take medusa with my team. I have played so many battles with this card and I like its performance. I will surely use this card in my future battles.
