Buddha once said the root of all suffering is from attachment. As I read this earlier today, this really stuck with me & really made me reflect on my own belief systems. I am not the only one who struggles with this concept & it can be a really destructive thing sometimes.

Here, as we close out another work week, I dive a bit into this topic & show you how you can let go of this mentality & have fun so you can be on the energy frequency of what you want to attract in your life…

Also, someone makes their comeback in their true style in this video so be sure to catch it here… you won’t want to miss this ;)

Maybe I will miss the point of the video with my comment, but I would say that I fell to this "attachment" mentality many times... And I'm sure that I'm not the only one... We get caught by different things in life, personal or business related... It's OK to have a focus, but that becomes something more... becomes obsession, and the ONLY way of living (or doing a business), which isn't a good thing...

I would say that we are here to be free of "attachments", that we are here to explore, to discover new things, to change...

I like your phrase "tunnel vision", as it is like that... We are trying to get the EXACT thing that we have imagined, not knowing that something much better is already here, but we are so blindly in that tunnel, that we don't see that it's not a tunnel, it's an enormous playground full of life...

Great post that made me think... :) Thanks for sharing!

One interesting thing about the concepts I share on my videos is they aren't confined to one "cookie cutter" perspective. It's whatever resonates with you & what you value you gain from it. Thought that was important to point out ;)

Yes, it is very easy to get attached to different things in life. It's just part of being human - we all do it to some extent, some more than others. But when we open our eyes & hearts to the bigger picture, that's when we see so much more & the flow comes in.. :)

We are trying to get the EXACT thing that we have imagined, not knowing that something much better is already here, but we are so blindly in that tunnel, that we don't see that it's not a tunnel, it's an enormous playground full of life...

I LOVE this....yes, it is a beautiful playground with a variety of rich experiences of all types to help us grow & evolve. It helps us return to our core energy - love - & remember who we truly are...

Thanks so much for your great comment. It is always nice to hear your perspective. Blessings always.🥰🧡

Timmy is so adorable!!! LOL! How to keep cats off the table, huh? We'd often catch Mowe on our table top too and we'd shoo her away.

Great topic on detachment. Mostly I would send out petitions to the universe and leave it be. I do get answers right on time or simply will have to learn to be patient. True that being too attached to the outcome that you do so wish (then not get) could result to more stress. My simple solution is not to sweat on things or situations that are beyond my control. :) Happy weekend!

Thank you so much!! I appreciate your support. I am truly humbled. You are an inspiration & I gain strength from your posts (& a few laughs too he he ;)).

Yes, shooing Timmy off the table didn't work a long time ago. The water bottle helped for a short time & then, nope....he is truly "gansta" ha ha. But he makes life interesting & I love him to pieces lol. :)

Detachment is so important & it seems like you have a good handle on it. Some people struggle with it as I have in the past. It still happens occasionally, but now I am able to step back & catch myself. When I let go, things go so much better & what is meant to stay (or return) always does. ;)

Love you so much, girl. Thank you again. You made my day! Have a fantastic weekend! :)
