Thanks for reminding me about this initiative... I don't know why, and how, but I always miss these great initiatives by @theycallmedan... :)
That comment with upvote over $80 is probably somewhere printed, laminated and on the wall :)
Btw. as you know, I have done numerous vlogs on a topic of engagement, and I have actually done a similar one yesterday... From my point of view, commenting (with meaning, and constructive) is even more important that upvoting... It shows the "care" of the other person to the content creator, and it's effort...

Yes, I have seen a couple of posts from you about the engagement and you're doing great work on this. A constructive comment is surely makes us feel good and gives us the opportunity to think and improve.
