We often see a person's success from what he has today. Indeed, the measure of success in general is the number of possessions.However, this is not the case, everyone's success is different in assessing it.

Right now, I'm discussing a successful person in business. Money, luxurious houses and cars, some gadgets and jewelry are things to measure one's success in business and career , those properties will be labelled as the reward of his hard works.

We sometimes feel jealous with our mates success in their business and career. However, jealousy is not enough to make us follow to be successful too. Let's try to look at what our mates have done before they come to be successful businessmen or workers.

There are things that our friends do more than us that we never know. We only see on the surface but we do not know what big things behind their achievement.

NO GAINS WITHOUT PAINS

This old proverb is the answer. It can turn away our jealousy to the right direction. No gains without pains means no success without efforts. There are some efforts that should be done. Some motivators use phrase " Smart works and hard works" . Combining those two phrases will make our effort achieve our goals. Smart works mean using correct strategy in business and works and hard works mean how our endurance to do action from our smart strategies. Let's make smart and hard efforts to achieve our success.
