I think creating content is very important on the blockchain but even more important is commenting and upvoting. We create more relationships by commenting so it is one of the best ways of connecting with other people. Great information

I belive engagment is key for everything

I am glad you talked about this because engagement is so important for acknowledging one's content as well as building relationships. I have met so many great people doing this on a daily basis in curation. It also gives the author a boost in spirits because people are showing respect to the time they put into their content.

Great video Alok, and you nailed it, we do need to promote engagement and also reward it so that we get engagement too, for the #IAmAliveChallenge then we do tipping on comments made on posts in our Hive Community, plus we also have the daily and weekly drawing for the Alive Engagement Contest, where we give away a total of 1100 Hive Power each week which gets leased for 4 weeks through Dlease, it seems quite a lot of participants don't read the daily updates so are unaware of it.

Can't stress enough the power and importance of engaging with the communities here on Hive and CTP talk. Great job covering the topic, Alok!

I agree that is is no fun to create content and not get any response. Find a post that sounds interesting. Read/watch it and respond. Plus, YOU GET PAID FOR IT! Who loses in that?

Engaging is very important for a content creator.
That way he creates more engagement on his posts.
And also up-voting comments on the posts made by followers to make an extra incentive to comment.
