Considerations
The last time I had a look at Ethereum (ETH) data was 2023-06-03.
Let's see today, 08/21/2023, what has changed since that date.
The position in the Coinmarketcap ranking has not changed at all, Ethereum was in 2nd place and is still in that position today.
Capitalization decreased, went from $229 billion to $200 billion.
As regards the Circulating Supply, this has remained practically unchanged.

Latest news
Ethereum ETFs Coming Soon
According to some rumors it would appear that the SEC is about to give the green light to an ETF on ETH futures.
Eric Balchunas, a well-known ETF analyst, is not surprised by the news and says the whole story shows that the SEC can also change its point of view.

On 03-06-2023 the ETH cryptocurrency was worth $1,903.37, today 21-08-2023 instead it is worth $1,670.77.
Below is the old forecast of 06/03/2023 in relation to the current situation.
The following was thought, “In my opinion there is a 65% chance that ETH now falls towards the dynamic support which is located at $1650“
The old prediction predicted a drop in price and it turns out to be correct

Now let's take a look at the graph set to 1 year (also included in the cover graphic):

This 1-year chart shows that the value of ETH has broken the dynamic support trend line of the compression triangle in which the price was enclosed.
Right now, the price is right on an important level at $1650, a level that has been resistance in the past and then turned into support.
In my opinion, there is a 65% chance that ETH will now rally to $1800.

BTC/ETH chart analysis set to 1 year
Since in the crypto world we can consider BTC as a reference currency, we can go and see how the BTC graph is compared to Ethereum.

Interestingly, the BTC/ETH exchange rate has been in favor of BTC for a year
I think that the BTC/ETH ratio could go down to 14.7 in the next month

ETH chart analysis set to ALL
Let's analyze the graph set to ALL and try to identify three static levels.
L1 (green line) at $1900
L2 (orange line) at $1200
L3 (red line) at $250

Taking a look at this graph, I believe that it cannot be excluded that ETH could drop to the value of L2, i.e. $1200

Conclusions
In almost 2 and a half months, Ethereum has lost 29 billion in capitalization, but it is still a bearish market period, in short, other cryptos have also been subject to sales. The news that the SEC is about to approve
ETF (Exchange Traded Fund) based on Ether futures is very important news that could open up new scenarios in the financial world. This could be a real link between the old financial world and the new one.

Considerazioni
L’ultima volta che avevo dato un’occhiata ai dati di Ethereum (ETH) era il 03-06-2023.
Andiamo a vedere oggi, il 21-08-2023, cosa è cambiato da quella data.
La posizione nella classifica di Coinmarketcap non è assolutamente cambiata, Ethereum si trovava al 2ndo posto ed oggi è ancora in quella posizione.
La capitalizzazione è diminuita, è passata da 229 miliardi di dollari a 200 miliardi di dollari.
Per quanto riguarda la Circulating Supply questa è rimasta praticamente invariata.

Ultime notizie
ETF di Ethereum in arrivo
Secondo alcune indiscrezioni sembrerebbe che la SEC stia per dare il via libera ad un ETF sui futures di ETH.
Eric Balchunas, un noto analista di ETF, non è sorpreso dalla notizia e dice che tutto la vicenda dimostra che anche la SEC può cambiare il proprio punto di vista.

Il 03-06-2023 la criptomoneta ETH valeva 1,903.37 $, oggi 21-08-2023 invece vale 1,670.77 $.
Qui di seguito la vecchia previsione del 03-06-2023 in relazione all’attuale situazione.
Si era pensato a quanto segue, “Secondo me c’è una probabilità del 65% che ETH ora scenda verso il supporto dinamico che si trova a 1650 $“
La vecchia previsione prevedeva un calo del prezzo e risulta essere corretta

Ora andiamo a dare un’occhiata al grafico impostato ad 1 anno (inserito anche nella grafica di copertina):

Questo grafico impostato ad 1 anno mostra che il valore di ETH ha rotto la trend line di supporto dinamico del triangolo di compressione in cui era racchiuso il prezzo.
In questo momento il prezzo è proprio su un livello importante sui 1650$, un livello che in passato è stata una resistenza e poi è diventato un supporto.
Secondo me c’è una probabilità del 65% che ETH ora salga per riportarsi al valore 1800$.

Analisi del grafico BTC/ETH impostato ad 1 anno
Visto che nel mondo crypto possiamo considerare BTC come moneta di riferimento, possiamo andare a vedere come è il grafico di BTC nei confronti di Ethereum.

Interessante notare come il cambio BTC/ETH sia da un anno in favore di BTC
Penso che nel prossimo mese il rapporto BTC/ETH possa scendere fino a 14,7

Analisi del grafico ETH impostato su ALL
Andiamo ad analizzare il grafico impostato su ALL e proviamo ad individuare tre livelli statici.
L1 (linea verde) a 1900 $
L2 (linea arancione) a 1200$
L3 (linea rossa) a 250$

Dando un’occhiata a questo grafico credo che non sia da escludere che ETH possa scendere al valore di L2, cioè di 1200$

Conclusioni
In quasi 2 mesi e mezzo Ethereum perde 29 miliardi di capitalizzazione, ma è un periodo comunque di mercato ribassista, insomma, anche altre cripto sono state soggette a vendite. La notizia che la SEC stia per approvare
ETF (Exchange Traded Fund) basati su futures Ether è una notizia importantissima che potrebbe aprire a degli scenari nuovi nel mondo finanziario. Questo potrebbe essere un collegamento vero e proprio tra il vecchio mondo finanziario e quello nuovo.

Cosa ne pensate di ETH? Secondo voi è più probabile che torni a valere 2000$ o che scenda ancora fino a 1200$?

Gli ETF sono fondi comuni di investimento, ma di ultima generazione (giusto per semplificare). Sono più facili da vendere e da comprare. Inoltre sono prodotti scambiabili in borsa, quindi il costo delle "azioni" dell'ETF è inferiore a quello dei fondi comuni. Non uso E-Toro, ma so che è una piattaforma che ne ha veramente tanti e si possono acquistare anche quelli che in Europa non si potrebbero acquistare a causa delle normative Europee.

Ciao Stefano, grazie di questa analisi sempre ben fatta. A mio avviso l'introduzione di ETF andrà a rinforzare quello che è la mission di ETH, un implementazione che completerà questo progetto oltre allo smart contact. A giudicare dai grafici e dal periodo ci possiamo aspettare anche un ulteriore calo. Si sa che BTC e ETH vanno a "braccetto" 😁

Wow! Super commento. Allora direi che siamo allineati su un imminente rafforzamento del bear market. Interessante anche quello che hai detto sull’ETF, una sorta di percorso che si completa per ETH. Io credo che questo mercato prima o poi esploderà. Paragono il percorso dellle crypto a TESLA MOTORS, Tesla fu creata nel 2003 ed esploderà solo 20 anni dopo… con le crypto viaggeremo su un tempo di più o meno 15 anni. BITCOIN è stato creato nel 2009 ed è stato l’inizio del mondo crypto, nel 2025 vedremo il mercato crypto espandersi.

Confermo!! Ci sono 3 cose nella vita che contano! I soldi! Scusa mi sono sbagliato prima, le cose che contano è una sola. Per quando riguarda la mia visione sui due mondi finanziari io credo che il mondo della finanza tradizionale e il mondo crytpo coesisteranno fino al 2050… poi si vedrà. Con le crypto nel 2030 ci pagheremo anche le tasse

ETH and all of them are closely linked to BTC, so I think the only thing left to do is to go up, without saying that it is absolute.

Futures ETFs is something that has been dragged out, but it will certainly be important. Then it will be expected to arrive in spot.
