Don't trade with emotions
The crypto space is dominating the world as many platform, exchanges and project are being built on daily basis, many people are now into cryptocurrency and the number only keeps growing daily and soon enough the percentage of the populations that is into cryptocurrency will be more than those who didn't engage..
I learnt about cryptocurrency in the year 2017 and that is actually my first time of knowing about the bitcoin existence so i kind of believe there are still many people who are yet to know of the existence of such a great coin, so back in 2017 i was introduced to steemit by a friend of mine and my first cryptocurrency coin was steem, it happened that i joined during the bull season, everything was pumping, all coins go crazy, pumping hard and bitcoin hit all time high of 20 000 dollars..
Many people that didn't believe in cryptocurrency became optimistic, they were driven by their emotions and started buying into the all time high of coins including bitcoin itself, the frenzy ended in december 2017 itself as the green season started turning bloody....
Bitcoin started going down and the alt coins followed it, people were still full of hope, they were like it is a retracement and that is bound to happen but their hopes started dying when the dip keeps getting deeper, it caught most people unaware especially those who are new to this crypto stuff...The weak hand panic and sold off
Fast forward to four months later, which was around april, reality has dawn on everyone and they now realized what they are into, some sold off the remnant of the bull run which the bear left for them and many started looking for offline jobs in other to survive, it lasted for 4 years and here we are in 2021, another bull season which will end abruptly without notice...
Why do you think many still suffer during the bear after the lot of money they made during the bull season? there are many reasons to this and here are they..
The newbies that joined and make some millions didn't learn before earning, they were lucky to join during the bull and they thought it was never going to end so they lavish whatever they got and by the time reality got to them, it was already too late..
Greediness made some people lose everything, they invested certain amount in some coins that did well and instead of them to take profit, they decided to put more money to get bigger profit but they fail to realise no one can outsmart the market, their greedy emotions ruined them...
My purpose of writing this is for those who just join the crypto space, many millionaires were born this year and yea they may think this will go on forever, 2021 is the bull season, we are yet to see the best of it but everyone need to start taking profit because once it end, it will be a blood bath and only the wise one will enjoy the next four years of bear season....
