Taman Ujung Water Palace

Finally writing again after resting for several months, it is a very long rest actually, because I have missed a lot of things here on the platform.

This time let's jump into one of the water palaces built by the king of Karangasem when they are still in power. The palace is called Taman Ujung, or it is known as Taman Sukasada build in 1909 by King of Karangasem Anak Agung Anglurah Ketut Karangasem.

The king used a dutch architect named Van Den Hentz and a Chinese architect named Loto Ang and the building of the palace finished in 1921. Such a very long time to build the palace.

The palace is also experiencing very severe damage during the earthquake in 1963 caused by the eruption of Agung Volcano. but it has been restored and is now open to the public as a tourist destination. It is also famous as the place of a prewedding photo.

Have you ever been to this place or taken any original photos that you can share? It's a very short post with no original photos. This community's curation efforts are focused on original content, especially posts with original photos.

Surely there are interesting things around you, perhaps even on your street that you could photograph and post about to share with us. Thanks for understanding.

thank you so much for the reminder, and I am sorry that i don't use the original photos of mine.

I did visit that place a few times as it is still in my hometown, but most of my photo files are gone with my dead harddisk. but that is not an excuse, and I am sorry for my mistake.

I will try to improve my post in the coming post. and once again, thank you for your explanation and reminder, I really appreciate that
