Dear citizens,

         This is an official epistle from the mayor's desk, but words cannot begin to describe my thoughts. I shall sum it up with one meme:

         What are the glad tidings, you might ask?

         For one, the city's popularity has exceeded 9000. Per tradition, this warrants the display of the timeless expression of our idiom:

         The city will continue to become more and more popular as time goes on. We may not see it in terms of raw population, but our tourist numbers show otherwise. Statistics from the Empire's internal records further demonstrate my point.

         Akvamarin is the ninth police state safest city in the world! As people continue to visit our underwater paradise, it is important to keep up with order.

         The city is also where the homeless and new immigrants come to learn trades to stand on their own feet. Our unemployment numbers are also at a low 3.53% with no stress to our current social aid framework.

         As for governance changes within the duchy, the Duke will announce the changes in due time. Far Planes will ensure administrative or peaceful transfer of power. By force, if necessary.

You always seem deeply wounded and concerned by my downvotes, which are almost always soon followed by SFR. We both know @enforcer48 is the one controlling the flag trail.

Why don't you stop putting your people into ovens for a moment and have a serious discussion that doesn't sound like you're flirting from inside your closet? If you don't stop crying you will eventually become dehydrated.

If not because of you - I wouldn't probably notice my mistake. Thanks to you I already contacted Binance support team and I got those funds back.

I'm aware that it wasn't your goal to help me. However, I'm still grateful.

ps. where I come from: when you lose wallet with money and someone will find it, then it's a natural thing to give 10% of all money in that wallet as a gesture of appreciation.
