SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge! -- Stonesplitter Orc

This week's battle challenge was an amazing task for me cause i love Stonesplitter Orc
one of the first cards to accumulate when i purchased my starter pack in former Steemmonsters

StoneSplitter Orc is a Rare Earth's Splinter monster
a melee attack beast with an armor and retaliate ability from lvl 1
it has a massive attack power in lvl 1 which reaches 3 points and can be used in various places...
even as a tank in some certain terrains but as support in others and when the battle rules help
most of the times i use this monster in the last place of the field to gain from its ability to hit back when been attacked by a melee sneaky monster
but lets get a view of Orc's stats

alpha edition always you must be aware of this till now and the market price of it around 36 cents per card
not cheap nor too expensive card,if you consider the utility of the card i would say the price is pretty fair it could have been even a bit higher to my opinion
anyway the monster is a very powerful one not only cause of its high attack points but for its agility as well
it is quite fast for its characteristics with a speed level of 3 points so lets get to the battle and how i used it
i have to say that i'm not using the monster the way you see on this specific battle
this is a very rare gameplay for me
the mana capacity was only 15 points and the only rule was that magic attack monsters were not allowed to take place
i had an Earth Splinter quest to finish so i risked the outcome of the battle and i chose the following combination

she consumed 3 points of my mana and i had 12 more to distribute along the battle force
she also gifted the whole team with 1 more point of life which is important in a low mana battle like this one

lets get to the more juicy part of the battle now
i had to choose my deck according to my 12 mana points left
i decided to follow a not so common playing-path in this game
i picked my Orc to use him as tank in the first place and in the second place i used my sneak monster Goblin Thief
that was it
all my attack force was between these two monsters...pretty risky i would say and i DO NOT recommend this strategy by novice players
in the third place my Swamp Thing was placed just to be followed by the Furious Chicken in the last place

it was a very interesting battle
i lost my Orc but i manage to win at the end
do not try this ,i have to say i was lucky enough, retaliate ability saved the game!
7 DEC added to my balance and i move to the next opponent!
